Five star service as always from Paack

Five star service as always from Paack. They always do what they say, deliver parcels on time to the correct address. Its not difficult but the other carriers in Spain can't seem to do that.

It is a waste of time buying on Amazon…

It is a waste of time buying on Amazon Spain. The goods don't arrive because the drivers of all the carriers, Correos Express, Seur etc, steal the parcels. Then when you complain, Amazon just tell you to " wait until so and such date".
It the most lousy customer service you will ever experience. Don't waste your time and money

Have STILL NOT RECEIVED THIS PARCEL

Have STILL NOT RECEIVED THIS PARCEL. DHL saying they " could not deliver it" ( lies), and repeatedly asking to change the delivery date.
It is now too late and I will have to go out and buy an alternative, despite being very ill.
Have tried to contact Sports Direct but heard nothing.
Lousy customer service.

This company is a complete scam

This company is a complete scam. My item eventually arrived and looked like something a young kid had made in metalwork class. In fact, a kid would probably do better, an absolute load of rubbish.
I am getting thoroughly fed up and very angry at the number of scam Chinese websites in Spain, and no-one is doing anything about it, certainly not the government 😑.
PLEASE DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY

SCAM SCAM SCAM AVOID AVOID AVOID

If I could give zero I would. Looks like I am yet another person who has fallen for this scam. Is there no organisation in Spain who can take down these scam websites?
I am a pensioner and cannot afford to lose money, but here I am, 40 euros lost and not even anything to show for it. Email address doesn't exist so no way to contact them.
Hope the people behind this scam suffer a very grisly fate very soon, I am praying for it.

Absolutely dreadful company. The carrier wouldn't deliver my parcel, it hasn't been returned to Asos, so where is it??
Asos refuse to help, they tell me that I just have to wait???!! Then what???
They are happy to take your money, but don't want to help when things go wrong, and the worst bit is, that they just DONT GIVE A DAMN, they really DONT CARE. Why should they when they are raking it in. They refuse to contact the carriers because that would provide proof of non delivery and so they would need to give customers a refund.

I have already posted my review. Suffice to say that I paid for 48 hour delivery, but 120+ hours later still waiting.
Evri are really at fault having sat on the parcel for 4 days???!!!!!
It's going back to Pavers as I am about to board a plane out of the UK so the trainers are no good to me.

ROCK bottom customer service.

Wish I could write a good review as have previously had good customer service from Pavers, but it is now at rock bottom.
Ordered some trainers last week and paid for Express delivery to ensure I received them within 48 hours.
120 hours later am still waiting. Pavers offices all shut for Easter, AND the local Evri depot and their Helpdesk, ALL closed, which has been shut since last Thursday evening.
Which means I cannot contact ANYONE regarding my parcel and as am just leaving to go abroad for 4 months, have paid for trainers and delivery all of which is no good to me.
It's a disgrace how in this country the hapless customer counts for nothing.
I feel as if I have been scammed.
Never again.

Further to your reply, I HAVE emailed your customer service team 3 TIMES over the weekend, and heard.................nothing, hence my frustration. It really is not good enough when I paid for Express delivery in good faith. The trainers are no good to me now, what do you Suggest?????????

Thank your for refunding the delivery charge. As for the trainers I don't know how I can get them back to you?? I have left my house for my journey to the airport. I will see from the security cameras if Evri attempt delivery, but I would not be happy for the parcel to sit outside the house, an obvious sign that I am not at home.
Far better that YOU contact Evri and have the parcel sent back to you.

I will not accept any other solution.
I am going to send the emails again, so you can see I have tried to contact yourselves.

Thanks for that. I am gutted they have not arrived, Evri have let me, and yourselves, down big time. This would have been the third pair of these trainers, but not to be.

Always get everything I need, delivered quickly, and well packaged.
Didn't need to wait instore, was able to collect my parcel as soon as I arrived, from a friendly, smiley member of staff.

😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡Wish I had read the reviews before ordering. No goods, no refund, order was supposedly delivered, but not to me. This company is a disgrace, they are scammers and should not be in business. Why is nothing done about them?
I am a disabled pensioner, I rely on online shopping a lot, and cannot afford to lose this money. I have explained this to them but they just don't care. I am angry that I have let myself be scammed, and worse I feel so helpless that there is nothing I, or anyone else can do.
The lesson is, ALWAYS read the reviews first.

Paack really stand out as being super professional in the Malaga area. Too many delivery companies just don't give a damn, some never even bother to deliver parcels, and worse, they just don't care.
Paack are different, they deliver on time, every time. I am super impressed and happy !

Don't waste your money!

I have been playing the draws for some time, and even though I had read the bad reviews, chose to ignore them
How wrong could I be. Never win a thing, even on the National Lottery I sometimes win good prizes. This is supposedly smaller odds, but even if I buy many tickets for a draw, never win anything.
Sadly, I now have to conclude that the reviews saying that this is a scam are correct, the good reviews are employees and friends.
Money wasted, lesson learnt.

You can see from their quite hostile and rude reply that there is no attempt to try and win the customer back. They have misinterpreted my comments. My point is, of course, that it is much more difficult to win on the National Lottery, but that I do have more luck there than with 7 Days Performance.
The tone of their response has convinced me even more that I am correct.

Our odds are not 'Supposedly smaller' than the lottery. They are DEFINITELY better.
The National Lottery spends 45% of its ticket revenues on prizes. We spend on average 60%, depending on sell out rates. We also guarantee the jackpot prize, and have no rollovers. This is why we are growing so rapidly and winning thousands of new customers every week.
Most of this information is available from checking our website where our odds are transparent and by checking Wikipedia which clarifies the National Lottery odds. It’s a pity that you could not do even a minimum amount of research and some simple maths before posting your ill-informed review.
