Worst Customer Care

Worst Customer Care. I called saying that the package is returning to sender because it says that they couldn't find the address. I told the CC that it was because your website didn't allow me to write my full address. It said it was an error when I put my full correct address, accepted by any other website. She didn't offer to correct the mistake on their part and to send the package again to me with the address modified by her, in the system. She said she cannot do anything. She said to call next time when I want to place an order so she can input from start the right address in their system. I told her that there are other websites out there, I am not going to take from my time to do all this, when other websites actually work. Then I said that you have this problem, you need to call it and fix it, otherwise I can't order again from your website. She said "Ok" with no worries and no actual work on fixing anything and not communicating anything to anyone about the website bug, she said there is this bug and she can't help me. She is just getting a salary for existing and picking up the phone. The air would fix more things than this woman. If I would be so bad at my job, I would not pass probation period.

Don't believe tham

Don't believe tham. You make an order pay for it and than othing happens. After 3 days of waiting, i asked where is my order. To receive an answer from customer cervice you will wait for 2-3 days. First theylie to me that my address was not correct, but in the confirmation they send to me it was a correct address. Than after waiting for more 2 days and 3 letters they say that they wil start the investigation. What investigation is not clear. No I have no money, no order and no understanding if I will receive smth(

Worst service ever

Worst service ever. They sent me a package with 1 wrong item and 1 defective item. Their so called "support" did not support but only tried to make my experience even worse. Instead of proving me quickly with the return label, they wasted my time with questions why do I think their item is not qualitative.

Never got my package, 3 weeks later still no answers

Edit: I have been contacted the day after writing this review and everything has been solved now. A new package has been sent and I received my item and a 10% discount code for the next purchase.

I used to be very satisfied and was a loyal customer. But they say you learn how good a company truly is, by how they handle something that goes wrong.
This time something did go wrong, when I went to pick up my package from a delivery point, I opened the locker and there was no package. This can happen. I’ve had it happen with other companies before. Sometimes there is no locker to fit the product and new delivery drivers don’t know what to do. Humans can make mistakes. I contacted Johnbeerens the same day, explaining the problem. Received no reply. I contacted their customer service again 3 days later. Explained the problem again. My message was from the 30th of August, I received a reply on the 6th of September. I’m told an investigation has been launched. A week later I still haven’t heard anything so I message again. I get a reply that they sent DHL a reminder. That’s it. No explanation on what the further course of action is, what I can expect. The communication is lacking. Another week has passed and again I haven’t heard anything from Johnbeerens. Almost 3 weeks later, still no product and no answers. I will have to go chase after them again because you do not get any updates. At this point I doubt I’m even receiving anything and I might have to just accept this loss.
To put it in perspective, I ordered with another webshop in the same week and there was also a problem with DHL. After contacting them, they gave me updates without me having to chase them and everything was resolved within a week.

Absolutely top experience

Absolutely top experience! They have a good selection of products, porticulary for me I order smth that I had trouble to get anywhere else, but found it on JohnBeerens website right away. The delivery was fast. And customer service and support was exceptional, seance I had few questions to follow up. Imke responded to my email very fast and was extremely caring, helpful and kind. Definitely will use this shop again👍

Paid for delivery only to be forced to drive to collect the package in the middle of nowhere

They charged extra for delivery, and then didn't even provide the courier with some "minor" delivery details such as my correct name. Delivery service was DHL, who handed it to BPost, and each step of the way address got distorted a bit more until only the street name and the town were correct, making it undeliverable. Luckily there's a barcode and I can still pick it up, but unluckily the pickup point (which I couldn't choose) is 20 minute car drive away from my home, in a place that I wouldn't pass through otherwise and that has no parking and has about the same working hours that I do. It's more than mildly infuriating.

first = last order!

I saw a lot of positive reviews and decided to order cosmetics here! This was my first order. After the client pays for the order - all problems that may arise unexpectedly - the client himself must decide! Not a single employee of the company will do anything for you, you have already paid the money, they don’t need anything more from you.

my address was sent to the delivery service with an error (I checked, there was no error in the address in my personal account). But the transport company DHL, with which JohnBeerens cooperates, had the wrong address. At what point this error appears - I do not know, but in any case it is a matter between these two companies, not the customer's concern. Of course, my parcel was not delivered, but returned to the seller. By the way, I found out about this by accident. I waited too long for the order and decided to check where it was.

No one contacted me, no one warned me. If I had not found out about this error, I probably would not have received anything. (no money, no goods!)

I contacted support. The employee did his job poorly, tried for a long time to understand what the problem was, suggested that I contact the transport company. No apologies, compensation for the long wait, etc. As a result, after I insisted that it was their mistake, they said that they would send the parcel again.

In the notification that I received, I again found the same error in the address! What immediately reported to the support service. They suggested that I deal with this problem myself and call DHL. I received no apology or help from JohnBeerens.

some time later, I still received my parcel, after I wrote to DHL. (by that time I already wanted to refuse this order altogether, but JohnBeerens told me that they would return the money when the package returned to them, and I had no desire to wait a few more weeks).

This was my first and last order with JohnBeerens. They do not like their customers and do not value them.

Not delivered as promised

Over promising on delivery time on the homepage. Order was placed early friday morning and not delivered on Saturday but just on Monday. That is not bad as itself, but it should be then reflected correctly on the homepage. Reaction from Customer Service on raising that was just stating that its delivered now... next time i rather pay a little more and go to the local hair supply shop or order from any other shop that at least lets me know that i will not have my products the next day

Color WOW Root Cover Up…

I have ordered Color WOW Root Cover Up Dark Blond. They have a great description on their site and promising that this product easily covering up the grey hair. However, this is not the case! They told me to use the hair spray. I understand that it might not work the same on all the hair, however, then it should be also mentioned in the description! I wouldn't get my money back either. I asked for a link in order to write a review on the site, however, never received it. Neither buying ever this product again or ordering anything again at Johnbeerens.

Ordered a Revlon hairdryer and you get a free water bottle with it for which I was happy (love freebies) - until it arrived!!!! The bottle is Used (scratches everywhere) and dirty inside - is this a joke or are you trying to offend your customers on purpose?
Who sends used stuff in Corona times seriously people?!!!! It’s just nasty and a health hazard. Very disappointed!
However the good points are : fast delivery and my hairdryer looks new and well packaged.

Never buy anything there!!!

Never buy one of their sets, I ordered two, both were already used! They sent me already used and opened products.

Ordered once more, this time they only sent me half of my. Ordered items. I paid for all but they did not sent it to me!

Horrible client service!!!

Horrible client service! if it is possible, I would put -1 star… I placed an order for next day delivery and immediately after paying, I have noticed that something went wrong, and the selected delivery point was different from the one I need. I have right away written an email AND called to the client service, they asked me for my order number, lady on the line said, that it is no problem and she is going to change it this moment. After about hour, I received another email with packing list, and what do I see?!?! – delivery address is NOT changed…. So, I call to the service centre once again and ask to clarify my shipping details, and once again lady on the line ensured me, that it is no problem, she has ALREADY changed everything, and it will be sent to the correct address! I should just ignore details on the packing list. In the evening, I am receiving “track&trace” and guess which address is mentioned there?!?!? – the old, incorrect delivery point…. the pick up point is working every day till 18.00 and this is the same time my work day is finishing, so I have no idea how can I pick my package.
My advice – do not deal with unprofessional shops, better save your money and nerves and purchase goods any other location!

Avoid this sham company

I would give it less than 1 star if possible. Placed order in March and my item came but the spray didnt spray so I returned it according to there return policy and requested a replacement item.
4 weeks later my replacement item arrived with EXACTLY the same problem!!!!
So I returned again on May 3rd 2019 for a refund and have heard nothing at all from them. I have now sent 5 emails and called twice and been on hold for over 17minutes without the line being answered. I have also tried contacting someone via facebook and still get no answer.
Disgusting customer service and a sham of a company. I will continue trying - I want my money back.
Avoid this company.
