It is a nice store with large assortment, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say.
Unfortunately shipping is a very slow and annoying process.

Order number: 55563 placed on 24/11/22 (Sterling zilver (. 925) Kruis hanger met corpus van Golgotha, 35/20 mm) Price: 37,90 euro.

Despite of 4 phone calls and 12 DAYS of patience the item still hasn’t arrived. Had to make excuses to my friend and buy her another gift for Sinterklaas!! I still haven’t received what I paid for :( Definitely first and last time order @ this store, it was a very unpleasant shopping experience!!!
A note : Online customers cannot feel like their orders are of less importance for the business than walk-in clients, especially when the order and delivery has already been paid.
Additionally keeping the client informed is essential for their good experience. If you promise to call, please call and don’t wait for the client to have to reach out to you four times. How does that promote trust in your services or business?

Negative reviews on Google somehow disappear? However my review can be easily verified. I can provide order number, emails and payment confirmation to prove my review is fully genuine.

Can’t withdraw your money easily, system bugs all the time, you end up paying extra fees and STILL it crashes. Definitely can’t recommend for this platform to be used.

Ordered a Revlon hairdryer and you get a free water bottle with it for which I was happy (love freebies) - until it arrived!!!! The bottle is Used (scratches everywhere) and dirty inside - is this a joke or are you trying to offend your customers on purpose?
Who sends used stuff in Corona times seriously people?!!!! It’s just nasty and a health hazard. Very disappointed!
However the good points are : fast delivery and my hairdryer looks new and well packaged.

I ordered 1 kg of raw macadamia nuts, they arrived well packaged (on time) and super tasty!!! Wanted to order another one but it was out of stock unfortunately. Because of this I had to order from “Top Noten” and.... Let’s just say the quality was not comparable! De notenshop is sooooo much better in both delivery and product!! 5 star from me! :) Next time I’ll wait for the macadamia to be re-stocked.

Paid for 2 items neither one has arrived, waiting for my money and it seems like a total scam to me!
Shipping to The Netherlands should not be so hard after all the port of Rotterdam is the biggest in the world! C’mon China!!!

Terrible experience! I was at home waiting for my parcel the entire day, nothing came. When I checked the post.nl online tracking system it said : "We missed you; shipment sent to PostNL location" This is such a lie!!! The entire day I was at home. Not to mention I have no note in my door with the post.nl location of the parcel?!!! When I called for assistance the lady said: "The Driver is on his way to PostNL location and there is nothing we can do for you. "
Unbelievable!! I'm 7,5 months pregnant and have to go to pick up a huge package to God knows where now. Thanks very much post.nl!
