scam webshop!!! save money, buy elsewhere

update 2.0. - reply from the company below is an absolute lie!!! I was never informed that product is on "pre-order of 2 weeks", moreover on webiste it says "in stock"and customer service never, not even once, mentioned it to me!! Their confirmed to me that order would be shipped last friday than stopped answering, so I do not call it "proffessional". And lastly I have NEVER said to make a refund!!! company did it by themselves without asking my approval. I have all the receipts and screen shots!
SO DO NOT TWIST THE STORY AND LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!

Update 1.0. - still no communication back from customer support... they gave me a very strange answer "we PROBABLY will ship it", than nothing, both live chat and email are dead... at this point i might consider my money as good as gone...what a scam :((((

i seen many negative reviews about this webshop, but against my better judgement decided to give it a try (because some prices are indeed cheaper than other places)...well, surves me well for trusting them...it says on website that delivery in NL is 2-3 working days, no email with tracking number was sent to me, so I contacted customer service and guess what? my parfume is "not in their warehouse"!!! So they "probably will ship in a week"....
this is absolutely unacceptable customer service, when I placed an order it said that parfume is in stock, during checkout I have never got any notification of later delivery.
webshop does not bother to even contact me to ask if it is ok or whether i can wait longer for the stock.
they assume they can take customers' money and ship whenever...
horrible customer experince, please do not fall for cheaper prices!!! I know it is tempting to get something you like a few euroves cheaper, but headache you get with it, simply does not worth it at all.
this is not the end of my story, money taken and no product...

Hi dear, I am sorry you had an unfavourable experience. The product you ordered was in PRE-order, so we did not yet have the physical stock, which you have been informed about that it will take up to 2 weeks for it to be shipped. Checking your order number, I can see that my colleague has handled your case professionally and has also refunded you fully after you wanted to cancel the order.

Scam!!!!

The perfume I received had damaged transparant foil packaging. Normally I wouldn’t mind, but it was purchased for a gift, so I wanted to return it and get one in nice condition. Contacted customer service, they asked for pictures, which is fair! I sent everything and received feedback that I now have to investigation (myself) with postal service and sent them case feedback… only after that they start internal investigation and let me know the outcome….
Is this a joke ? They are sending me ripped packaging (which what I suspect was already opened or returned before) and I am the one who have to deal with the post ?!? They are the ones arranged delivery , chose postal service and therefore appears as sender..so they have to deal with DHL!
Outrageous… what a joke of a company …, never again!!!

Scam!!!!

The perfume I received had damaged transparant foil packaging. Normally I wouldn’t mind, but it was purchased for a gift, so I wanted to return it and get one in nice condition. Contacted customer service, they asked for pictures, which is fair! I sent everything and received feedback that I now have to investigation (myself) with postal service and sent them case feedback… only after that they start internal investigation and let me know the outcome….
Is this a joke ? They are sending me ripped packaging (which what I suspect was already opened or returned before) and I am the one who have to deal with the post ?!? They are the ones arranged delivery , chose postal service and therefore appears as sender..so they have to deal with DHL!
Outrageous… what a joke of a company …, never again!!!

Horrible customer treatment and overall experience

I have placed order on 18.01, due to COVID and Brexit I have already expected that my orders will take longer. However, it’s been 3wks and 0 updates, I contacted customer service and it turned out that due to their internal system error, my package was shipped to another country. My address, postal code, street, etc. are correct , but country is totally different! How did they manage to pass it to the post still puzzles me, but OK, mistakes can be made! I am working in sales and I know weird stuff can happen! The problem is that while cult beauty did not bother to check, the item I got on sale was sold out. (I got an item of 200ml for the price of 100ml). The 100ml is still in stock , however! Therefore I have offered them to own to their mistake and sent an equal quantity of milliliters in a smaller packages. In response I did not even get an alternative solution or at least a question on what I prefer to do, as a customer, all I got was confirmation that refund was made to my account and lame excuse that they are sorry for the situation... I replied that I do not want a refund, I am willing to wait and asking them to still ship my items, even if the packaging is different. To which I received even weirder reply that they cannot replace item , when shipment address is wrong ... (while wrong shipment address was caused by them).I was left with incredibly unpleasant feeling and overall horrible customer experience. I am “guilty” of ordering A LOT (hope I am not the only one), customer support is always priority for me , but since this situation I simply cannot trust Cult Beauty anymore. They have one client less , sadly ....
I donot recommend Cult Beauty!!! Save your money and save yourself from headache of terrible customer service!!!

----UPDATE-----

So, I was contacted by client service. I wish they did not even try to contact me again, because now I am looking how to put -1 STAR!!!! The message was basically the same information as before “they cannot help me; they cannot amend the country of destination”. Except this time, they even have openly admitted it was a “glitch” in their system, which made me very frustrated and I said that I do not need to amend country, but correct their OWN MISTAKE and sent me a new order with the same products.
In no online retail shops have I ever encountered such a rude and unhelpful customer representative, as in Cult Beauty – Hoorina (the name of the person).
My only advise to Cult Beauty is to check people you are hiring to deal with your customers, because if service representative cannot keep his/her attitude under control, maybe this is not a right job for them.
Problem with Cult Beauty is that while everything goes well, it is OK! But once you encounter some issues with delivery, customer service, pricing, etc., do not expect them to help you. You are on your own. Just as a comparison few years back I had similar issue with Beauty Bay UK, local post lost my package, Beauty Bay UK contacted me and asked what I prefer to do, and without any discussions they sent me my package again!
So if you are ordering from Cult Beauty, you are ordering at your own risk….

no refund for 1 month!

i am waiting for refund on paypal since 30May 2020. Asos took money from my account for the order which they have cancelled, due to the unknown to me reasons.
i have contacted customer service on number of cases and was ignored for the longest time!!!
finally they told me to wait till 19/06 ... guess what?! still no money

Horrible Service!!! SCAM!!!

People, please save your money and DO NOT buy from this shop!
Total scam!!
i added product to my shopping bag , price was ~266EUR, webshop offered extra 30% off and cost came to ~195EUR (nice, right?!).
i was able to fill in all the information, my contact data, etc.
i chose IDEAL as payment, and the second i pressed GO AHEAD , it gave me an error that something went wrong and i have to restart...
i did and price INCREASED with +100EUR.....this is ridiculous, i understand completely that offers change and shop is allowed to change prices both in plus or minus direction, but not when your client in the process of buying something.....
if i am pressing to check out, you cannot do it in the middle of my purchase!!!!
this is just outrageous, same as if i would stand in the line of the shop and at the cash box, they tell that shop changed mind and now i have to pay more....
i was doing the whole procedure for literally 3 minutes....
NEVER AGAIN THIS SHOP, what a scam....

Horrible client service!!!

Horrible client service! if it is possible, I would put -1 star… I placed an order for next day delivery and immediately after paying, I have noticed that something went wrong, and the selected delivery point was different from the one I need. I have right away written an email AND called to the client service, they asked me for my order number, lady on the line said, that it is no problem and she is going to change it this moment. After about hour, I received another email with packing list, and what do I see?!?! – delivery address is NOT changed…. So, I call to the service centre once again and ask to clarify my shipping details, and once again lady on the line ensured me, that it is no problem, she has ALREADY changed everything, and it will be sent to the correct address! I should just ignore details on the packing list. In the evening, I am receiving “track&trace” and guess which address is mentioned there?!?!? – the old, incorrect delivery point…. the pick up point is working every day till 18.00 and this is the same time my work day is finishing, so I have no idea how can I pick my package.
My advice – do not deal with unprofessional shops, better save your money and nerves and purchase goods any other location!

Scammers! / Nintendo switch/ Save your money and buy from trusted sellers

Scammers!
Do not order from them!! Save your money and buy from trusted sellers...
ordered Nintendo switch, received it in the box with only Chinese letters and instructions....the actual box was not original.
contacted client service, asked to return for free (because they never mentioned in advance this is what i am getting).
they could not give any appropriate answer, could not promise free return and at the end just STOPPED ANSWERING AT ALL.
