Every person I spoke to was very professional, patient, and genuinely helpful. They offer a consistent service across the whole company/depts, combining technical expertise with genuine customer care. No matter how small or detailed my concerns were, I always felt listened to and respected.

Worst service ever. They sent me a package with 1 wrong item and 1 defective item. Their so called "support" did not support but only tried to make my experience even worse. Instead of proving me quickly with the return label, they wasted my time with questions why do I think their item is not qualitative.
