De klantenservice biedt geen oplossing voor het probleem, maar adviseert gewoon om te wachten.

Ik heb al veel bestellingen geplaatst. Onlangs kocht ik een adventskalender voor mezelf. Toen besloot ik een vriend een adventskalender voor mannen cadeau te doen en bestelde die online. Bijna een week is verstreken en mijn bestelling is zoekgeraakt. Er is een probleem met de bezorging. Ik verspil mijn tijd. Ik heb betaald en ik heb dit cadeau op tijd nodig, zodat ik het op een specifiek moment kan geven, niet over een maand!

De klantenservice biedt geen oplossing voor het probleem, maar adviseert gewoon om te wachten.

Schandalig. Ik verspil mijn tijd, het cadeau is al te laat. Ze beloven snelle levering!

Ik heb al twee keer naar de supportafdeling geschreven. Geen resultaat.

Elk ander bedrijf had de bestelling al opnieuw verzonden, maar Douglas niet. Hun oplossing is dat ik wacht tot ze het onderling met de bezorgdienst regelen. Schandelijk en respectloos tegenover hun klanten.

Ik wil dat je me mijn geld teruggeeft. Douglas! Nooit meer.

Hi Maria Puhova, bedankt voor uw beoordeling. Wat vervelend dat u de bestelling nog niet heeft ontvangen! Volgens de Track & Trace-gegevens van de bestelling is het pakket momenteel vertraagd. Wij hebben daarom een onderzoek gestart voor u bij DHL.
Hopelijk ontstaat er tijdens het onderzoek meer duidelijkheid over de status van de bezorging. DHL streeft ernaar om het onderzoek binnen vijf werkdagen af te ronden. Uitstekende kwaliteit

Uitstekende kwaliteit. We zijn er heel blij mee.
Ik heb vrijdagavond 5 september om 23:00 uur besteld. De volgende vrijdagmiddag was de bestelling al geleverd! Slechts een week, aangezien de bestelling vóór het weekend werd geplaatst.

De kwaliteit is super. Het materiaal, de kleur, de naden zijn gelijkmatig en de dichtheid van de blokken is ideaal. Voor de set die ik heb gekozen, is de prijs meer dan redelijk (in andere winkels zijn de prijzen veel hoger).

Ik raad het zeker aan.
De jongen vindt het leuk.
In de toekomst ben ik van plan een set met een groter aantal blokken te kopen.

Ik vind het erg belangrijk hoe een bedrijf omgaat met fouten en problemen en hoe het klanten helpt. Een perfect bedrijf bestaat immers niet zonder af en toe wat problemen.

Ik had een bestelling geplaatst voor een boeket voor mijn vriendin. De bestelling zou op zaterdag bezorgd worden. Helaas stelde de bezorgservice mijn bestelling uit tot maandag. Ik schreef aan de klantenservice dat ik me zorgen maakte, omdat het boeket niet binnen drie dagen vers zou zijn. Het bedrijf bood me vriendelijk aan om een ​​ander boeket te kiezen. Mijn vriendin ontving uiteindelijk twee prachtige boeketten. Ik voelde me als een welkome klant. Dat is het belangrijkste. De indruk was positief.

2 orders = 2 problems

This is my second time ordering from this store.
But I should have learned from my first mistake and not contacted them a second time.
I am now 8 months pregnant and I make a lot of online orders in anticipation of my future child. I like the Babydump website, it is quite easy to place an order.

Unfortunately, they use the services of the DPD Belgium delivery service. 2nd order and 2 times problems with delivery.
The first order (I paid for home delivery) - they immediately sent it to a pick-up point that was more convenient for them. (It is not near my house) and I, pregnant, have to get there and pick up my parcels (by the way, these were large boxes with a folding bath for a child). Okay. I endured it.
After some time (01/24/2025) I made a second order (#E0029850) and now it is unclear where and for some reason it was returned to the seller.
Again, thanks to the lazy DPD company, the order did not even reach my city, the order was not in Antwerp, and on the way it simply turned back to the sender, i.e. to the seller. ( 05222080189758 )
I wrote a email to the Babydump company but still no response and no action.
I ask you to look into this matter.

Instead of enjoying the last months of pregnancy, I have to deal with such problems. It's annoying.

I pay for home delivery and I don't receive it.

I pay for home delivery and do not receive it.
I have already made two orders in the online store, I pay for home delivery.
I enter the correct address but receive delivery to the pick-up point.
The company does not even try to deliver the parcel to my home.
They immediately send an email that "we did not find you" and send the parcel to where it is convenient for them. Although at the time of receiving the email I am at home. I'm now 8 months pregnant and almost always at home.
Unfortunately, I took the risk of making a second order and now my parcel is completely unknown.

first and last order

first and last order! I do not recommend. I made an order, received the goods. I did not like it and the next day I issued a return and took it to the post office. I made a return on July 24. Today is August 6 and there is no news when I will get my money back. I contacted customer service. No answer. Disgusting service.

I received a response from the company here. I want to note that the company itself did not contact me! I had to write to the support service several times myself, create a request with a description of the problem, screenshots, etc. and wait for their response for several days. Receiving traditional automatic responses!

The package is not delivered. The support service is not responding. terrible service. never again

I ordered my first box from them using a friend's discount.
I chose delivery on Saturday. They have a convenient website and an interesting menu.
I made sure that I had space in the refrigerator for the required day, and did not make purchases at the store, knowing that I would have food delivered from HelloFresh.
delivery was supposed to be at 19:00. Therefore, I canceled my plans for this evening in order to wait for delivery (although we have a large hall where postmen leave packages for residents). I wanted to make sure that my parcel would get into my hands, I stayed at home to wait for the parcel.

further, every half hour the delivery was delayed.. 19:30, 20, 20:30, 21... 21:30. at 23:55 I received a notification that the parcel would not be delivered, but I was not at home...
how so? I'm waiting for a parcel, I'm at home in the evening...
I was left without food, which is not very convenient on a Sunday in Belgium.

I contacted support, wrote them an email...
still no answer. (4 days have already passed!)
it's horrible. terrible service, terrible delivery quality, support team not responsive

Ik winkel nooit meer online bij C&A! Zeer lange terugbetalingsperiode. Ik heb bijna een maand gewacht op een terugbetaling voor twee verschillende bestellingen. dit is niet normaal anno 2024! andere concurrenten geven dezelfde dag nog geld terug (bij het retourneren van het product naar de winkel)! Ik raad het niet aan. terugbetaling pas na meerdere brieven.

I really like The Conqueror Challenges. for me, this is a very good motivation to get out of the house and move! I pass challenges by running. I already have two medals and I don't want to rest on that. Now there is a wonderful series of challenges based on the Lord of the Rings. Gorgeous medals .. that you want to collect everything. And that's what motivates me to move on!

I saw a lot of positive reviews and decided to order cosmetics here! This was my first order. After the client pays for the order - all problems that may arise unexpectedly - the client himself must decide! Not a single employee of the company will do anything for you, you have already paid the money, they don’t need anything more from you.

my address was sent to the delivery service with an error (I checked, there was no error in the address in my personal account). But the transport company DHL, with which JohnBeerens cooperates, had the wrong address. At what point this error appears - I do not know, but in any case it is a matter between these two companies, not the customer's concern. Of course, my parcel was not delivered, but returned to the seller. By the way, I found out about this by accident. I waited too long for the order and decided to check where it was.

No one contacted me, no one warned me. If I had not found out about this error, I probably would not have received anything. (no money, no goods!)

I contacted support. The employee did his job poorly, tried for a long time to understand what the problem was, suggested that I contact the transport company. No apologies, compensation for the long wait, etc. As a result, after I insisted that it was their mistake, they said that they would send the parcel again.

In the notification that I received, I again found the same error in the address! What immediately reported to the support service. They suggested that I deal with this problem myself and call DHL. I received no apology or help from JohnBeerens.

some time later, I still received my parcel, after I wrote to DHL. (by that time I already wanted to refuse this order altogether, but JohnBeerens told me that they would return the money when the package returned to them, and I had no desire to wait a few more weeks).

This was my first and last order with JohnBeerens. They do not like their customers and do not value them.
