Worst Customer Care

Worst Customer Care. I called saying that the package is returning to sender because it says that they couldn't find the address. I told the CC that it was because your website didn't allow me to write my full address. It said it was an error when I put my full correct address, accepted by any other website. She didn't offer to correct the mistake on their part and to send the package again to me with the address modified by her, in the system. She said she cannot do anything. She said to call next time when I want to place an order so she can input from start the right address in their system. I told her that there are other websites out there, I am not going to take from my time to do all this, when other websites actually work. Then I said that you have this problem, you need to call it and fix it, otherwise I can't order again from your website. She said "Ok" with no worries and no actual work on fixing anything and not communicating anything to anyone about the website bug, she said there is this bug and she can't help me. She is just getting a salary for existing and picking up the phone. The air would fix more things than this woman. If I would be so bad at my job, I would not pass probation period.
