WARNING DONT USE...

WARNING DONT USE.... We had 2 deliveries to be made and paid extra for next day service and although both deliveries were minutes apart they were put on 2 different vans, first van time allocation was 10-12... they arrived 12.30 and drove past the person waiting saying they couldn't get parked and traffic warden moved them.... this was untrue they didn't even stop... next delivery was 3-5pm... I personally waited outside the property reserving a parking space for them and 5.30 received a message saying failed delivery... the van didn't even turn up this time... I called the so called help line who said they couldn't gain access and I disputed this and said I was outside the property and they hadn't even called as they were supposed to don30 minutes before delivery I was then told they had an accident.... I then asked to rearrange and they said they couldn't do this until 48 hours as needed the products to be returned the the warehouse... so in short the next day delivery was actually 4 day delivery and that is there drivers can be bothered to turn up.... really poor service and not one apology just lies to cover up there incompetence

BAD BUSSINESS

My holiday was booked to depart 13/10/1024 ref no15294823/S24H and was told to ask for a refund on return for seats which I had paid for and was given to someone else and we was given late check in seats at the airport which I wouldn't have been charged for anyway. I can only assume you sell your seats twice.

If anyone coming to Bulgaria and you staying at premier fort cancel.we came 2nd sept for 17 days ..jet 2 make out this hotel near places..it isn't taxis expensive and nessabar and sunny beach long way away. So is marina .the hotel is closing around us..no bars open near..closed for season..so we have either got to put up with doing nothing..or moving on..we moving on but more expense we didn't expect..but by this will be no holiday otherwise..no good telling rep..he just says it's quiet .there's quiet and dead..no one in hotel hardly..6 tonight in outside bar. no entertainment..only for children and that won't be long here.jet 2 should tell you truth..no one here and shutting.lve complained 28 days to reply so no good..pay to change your hotel don't be stuck

Jet garage in lower stondon

Jet garage in lower stondon.
I am a disabled delivery driver and I popped into the lower stondon garage desperately needed to us a toilet for medical reasons ( I will not go into detail )
I explained this to the guy in the garage and he would still not allow me to use their toilets.
I had to go to a carpark near by to try and clean myself up.
It was so embarrassing and they could have help someone with a disability and a medical condition.
A very upset ex customer

I stopped at the jet garage at one in…

I stopped at the jet garage the Maypole here in Birmingham one in the morning for a small bottle of cherry Coke and for pints of milk the guys said to me will that be cash or card I looked at him and said why are you asking me this you have not even brought me the milk or the cherry Coke I consider he was discriminating against me looking at me treating me in a way as if to say I could not afford a bottle of cherry Coke and four points of milk , also previously when I've been to purchase petrol the car holds about 75 pounds worth of petrol he cut me off at 50 pounds worth of petrol I wanted 75 but they cut me off at 50 when I complained he said those are problem with the fuel pump I waited while other people came and gone purchasing their petrol especially from the same fuel pump no one else complained they got the right amount of petrol I consider these men are discriminating against white people which I find bizarre and I've decided to say something on trust pilot thank you for reading my complaint

Give training to your people,we need answers!!@

I spoke today with their customer service. Firstly, I asked why they have for the online checkin only passports when you can travel to EU with your eu id and you can come back to Britain with your id and settled status? She didn't answer to that she sent me a page for the immigration status and she closed the discussion without asking me if I needed any further help. So rude. I sent again message and I told that this was irrelevant, I know that I can travel with these documents and sent a screenshot from the government's site. She told me that she cannot comment at that. Please train your people!!! I asked something very specific why when I have right, I have to pay at the airport £30 for checkin. She told me that she can change my booking so I will not be charged. People at customer service need to be trained at least in some important laws and you should have this choice for id available in your site. When I went in Greece the previous year in England was a nightmare, took again 30' at the airport and in Greece she just checked my id and settled status and finished in 2'. Invest time in training, your people are like just AI.

Jet garage in Chigwell Road Essex no common sense.

Went to the Jet garage in Chigwell Road, Essex to fill a 5L can with diesel so that I could get my car started but refused to let me do it, yet there are people next to me filling Range Rovers for probably £120. I understand if someone had 6 cans but please use some common sense.

I also ordered an Apple iPod on sale…

I also ordered an Apple iPod on sale from Jet and was advised that it would be delivered around 11/27. When it did not arrive I called and was advised that they oversold and were having trouble getting them from Apple. I have now received an email advising me that the order was cancelled. My question is, why are they still offering them for sale at the regular, non-sale price if they can't get them from Apple?

Quality of accessories

I purchased a purse from Jet stores Newcastle Kzn. I inspected the purse when I went home and checked its of poor quality because the zips are fragile. Jet stores refused to take item back because no returns on accessories. If the zip brakes / jams or purse starts to peel will jet stores replace it within a month of use

Lost evening in Venice, "Insignificant"

Booked a four day break to Venice, departing at 08:30,subsequently I was advised the flight was rescheduled to 15:30, which would mean arriving at our accommodation in time to retire. With a full 2 days being exclusively travel, we would be left with only 2 days in the city, which is not as booked. I asked to cancel as the holiday was not as booked and was not acceptable to us. Jet2 refused to negotiate and cancelled, retaining our £120 deposit. Terms and conditions apart, it seems once you part with your deposit, they can change flights by up to 12 hours and consider this an "insignificant change". Beware' Jet2 are not considerate of customers requirements.

Careful about Jet showing things in stock when they're not

Careful. Jet might confirm your order and charge your card before checking to see if the product is on stock even though online shows in-stock. I ordered an item and was charged on my card. But then a week later, they reported the item was not in stock.

They never sent my order!

They never shipped my item! I was relying heavily on the item arriving at the date that they estimated. Instead they never sent the item and told me after almost 6 weeks later that my order was canceled. This had a big impact on my business. Communication was very poor. Do not rely on this website. It is not dependable.

absolutely terrible

ordered some computer parts, 12 hours later receive an email that I have to contact order verification to push the order through. I call, answer every single question, verify every detail. A few hours later I get an email that the order is canceled. What a joke

I ordered two pairs of sunglasses that were in stock. I went to check on my order and they were cancelled- and one was even returned back to stock. I got NO update, no warning, and no explanation. WTH.
