Birmingham Council are discriminating and nearly got me kicked out of my home all to do with a rent increase that it took them six months to deal with… I am a transsexual and Birmingham Council keep discriminating against me calling you Mr. And Sir During phone calls. and then laughing down the phone at me I filed today with my rent increase for housing benefit which I find them guilty and then while trying to complain about their behaviour they have us two tier complaint system which stage one they thoroughly denied and then stage two they would not let me make a stage two complaint and their way of dealing with me is to keep cutting me off the phone. Birmingham council is a disgrace and trans phobic. They simply are not bothered so this is my way of getting back at them to complain about them in Trust pilot.

Left feeling like I was spoken to like a ten year old child… I phoned in to say I did not want to come to Newleaf anymore and ended up speaking to somebody called Nadine…I Explain to Nadine it was said that New Leaf has links to employers and I don’t require a new CV in my opinion, although I did need help for a disclosure statement… I found Nadine to be quite rude when talking to me and she would not take no for an answer… It is also very offputting working a computer in a room with others that when I got up to go to the loo, I was asked where I was going, but I noticed others coming and going from the computer room… Nadine did not accept this point, I raised, which made me feel uncomfortable… my problem is finding an employer to give me a chance of work, not rewriting my CV, which has been acknowledged as exceptional
This is the second interaction that has made me feel uncomfortable in less than three days. However, I would like to say thank you to New leaf for allowing me to visit

Poor service and you threatened me, Littlewoods have discriminated against me on numerous occasions constantly calling me “sir” despite me having surgery to live my life being the woman I am… You see I am a Transexual … This time round Littlewoods have lowered my credit agreement… I haven’t missed a single payment and despite this I feel bullied and intimidated by Littlewoods off to the ombudsman with you as I feel discriminated against … You are discriminating and I no longer trust you due to the way you treat me

Dominos, Edgbaston are discriminating. I’m a transsexual and every time I tried to order from them. I get nothing but problems it’s like trying to solve a puzzle this evening I spoke to a woman asking can I order a cheese pizza ..
I asked about the the meal deal £20 for a medium pizza and a cookie dough ice cream of which the girl said she did not know what I was talking about, but yeah I ordered this a fortnight ago then she put me onto a guy who says you don’t want to order anything and I said to the guy you’re an idiot mate I said I’ve been trying to order a pizza from you with a cookie dough ice cream meal deal then I hang up on him I phone back I get through to a different woman To which when I complain, she says she’s banning me from the store
For the last seven weeks, I’ve had to speak to head office at dominoes Edgbaston, as when I rang up on a new number at the store they accuse me of phoning them and ordering pizza on numerous occasions but not paying for it. In the end. They awarded me a free pizza and a cookie dough ice cream.
My own understanding the guy I spoke to earlier said he did not understand me, but I thought his English was poor. How am I supposed to order when the guy did not understand me? Asked to order a pizza Anyway, I will make another complaint tomorrow to Dominos headquarters about Edgbaston Dominos and their franchise. Not very nice people haven’t got a clue what they’re doing any of them always like trying to solve a puzzle for me it’s discrimination thank you

Worst McDonald’s ever Edgbaston Spring Road , got to the machine to place my order… girl ask me once then twice what my order was drove to the window to pay for my order and got asked again what my order was for the third time when I said I’d give him my request twice. She then accused me of shouting because she had to find a problem with me to make things right Mcdonald then began to argue with me. She shouted at me. When I complained she was shouting. She said she wasn’t shouting, but I was shouting. … this is the worst McDonald’s ever at Edgbaston. I will never shop there again, I always have problems when I go to Edgbaston McDonald’s never have problems anywhere else except this particular branch have called asking for the manager. The manager says come and talk to them. No thankyou

Today I received a PNC from europarkingservices saying on the 25th jan 2024 that I parked at st Dunstable in kings Heath Institute Roadand did not pay to park…This morning I paid them £60 but then remembered and checked I had paid…My evidence is my Barclays app….So this company has conned me…They are clowns and I won’t use their car park again… They had me believe I had not paid but I knew I always pay…eurocarparking you are clowns for conning me

Just contacted the parliamentary Ombudsman asking why off not heard from them since the 10th of August , the man I spoke to said I am barred from calling until December and he would not give me any information, I believe the parliamentary Ombudsman is a crooked service due to the way they've treated me as I am transexual, also the I've complained for the reason why they banned me and again I feel they're a crooked service

Just called the parliamentary ombudsman and got through to Nikki... I asked if I could speak to her about how the dental hospital in Birmingham has treated me and that I wish to bring my complaint to the parliamentary ombudsman... Whenever I tried to speak Nikki interrupted me,... This woman was quite arrogant obnoxious and rude while trying to highlight my complaints... In the end I asked her to stop bullying me because she would not allow me to speak and now she's complained about me to her manager as I accused her of being a bully for not letting me speak... Nicki cut me off the phone refusing to listen to me so I call back a second time and this time got through to Chloe.... Chloe listen to me and allowed me to speak and for that the conversation was very successful.... I found Chloe to be very understanding and very professional although Nikki was unprofessional.... My reason for writing this on trust pilot is to say to everybody think twice before taking any sort of complaint to the parliamentary Ombudsman they are very bad people working there who argue and will not let you speak properly or do anything or investigate complaints that you raise... Personally speaking I think Nikki from the parliamentary Ombudsman did not want me to speak as I am a transsexual and that Nikki treated me very poorly for this reason... So I am accusing the parliamentary ombudsman of being transphobic with no understanding about me or my complaints ..Bent and crooked service

I approach Birmingham settlement Charity of Aston yesterday the 28th of June asking for help to filling DWP benefit forms...
On Birmingham settlements web page it says that it helps all of Birmingham but yet Angie Leake in Birmingham settlement Head Office said my postcode is not in their catchment area but yet Birmingham settlement previously helped me back in 2001 with DWP forms....
I feel let down they refuse to help me although the real reason they refuse to help me is because I'm a transsexual woman ...
Thank you Birmingham settlement for the way you treated me. I believe Birmingham Resettlement is Transphobic

I stopped at the jet garage the Maypole here in Birmingham one in the morning for a small bottle of cherry Coke and for pints of milk the guys said to me will that be cash or card I looked at him and said why are you asking me this you have not even brought me the milk or the cherry Coke I consider he was discriminating against me looking at me treating me in a way as if to say I could not afford a bottle of cherry Coke and four points of milk , also previously when I've been to purchase petrol the car holds about 75 pounds worth of petrol he cut me off at 50 pounds worth of petrol I wanted 75 but they cut me off at 50 when I complained he said those are problem with the fuel pump I waited while other people came and gone purchasing their petrol especially from the same fuel pump no one else complained they got the right amount of petrol I consider these men are discriminating against white people which I find bizarre and I've decided to say something on trust pilot thank you for reading my complaint

This afternoon I contacted the independent police complaints asking to make a complaint about Birmingham WMP who have discriminated against me refusing me to make complaints about British gas and Birmingham dental hospital for Descrimination....You see I am a male to female transexual... During my telephone call to the iopc the woman talked over me so I ended the phone call and when I call back another woman called Alex said that I could not call her colleagues an idiot for speaking over me refusing to allow me to make a complaint about police.... I have now been refused the opportunity to make a complaint to the independent police complaints about Birmingham West Midlands police refusal to allow me to make other complaints on other matters.... I find the iopc to be a bent and crooked service like Birmingham West Midlands police and that they've discriminated against me being a transsexual.. British gas and Birmingham dental hospital have discriminated against me and West Midlands police will not let me report this being a hate crime and harassment now I find the iopc will not even speak to me on the phone.... I feel the cops Birmingham WMP and the independent police complaints authority are a bent and crooked service both discriminating against me being Transphobic....Also person working for the police being a man said my voice is quite deep and that I sound like a man which is why he said hello to me "sir"...My voice is not deep at all....I am ashamed of West Midlands police and The Independent office for police conduct ....

Since January the 26th 2023 my internet coverage has become poor despite complaining to EE they will not do anything they've also said there is a never-ending date that they do not know when it will be fixed... It's now been 3 months of little or no internet coverage sat nav doesn't work properly unable to pair my phone up to my TV EE staff discriminating against me because I'm a transexual so now I'm in deadlock with EE... 2-year contract with EE 11 of those months they're constantly upgrading the phone mast leaving me with virtually no internet coverage... My phone calls telling me the number you have dialed is not in service or unreachable. . Very bad poor service..

Portway scaffolding working on behalf of greensquareaccord have turned up outside my home putting scaffolding up outside my home , they began putting scaffolding up to which I said "don't block my windows" ......One guy said I'm putting scaffolding outside your window to begin with but it will be moved. Half hour later I asked when will it be moved .
The guy said "I'm not moving the scaffolding," it stays there"...
These people who call themselves scaffolders are not to be trusted they have left scaffolding outside my window preventing me from opening my windows..
I have found greensquareaccord more than an hour ago and they have not got back to me they do not care about me all my well-being they are proved that time and time again in their attitude towards me and their behaviour which has affected me at times....
Portway scaffolding the guy who said he would be moving the scaffolding went back to his van and made hissy fit noises like I was moaning at him mimicking me... I found him rude I found his attitude when putting the scaffolding up that he didn't care about blocking my windows I don't know his name but he's a young lad quite slim and tall... Portway scaffolding in my opinion obstructive people who don't care about tenants but care about themselves and getting their own work done and job done ...
I hope my review enables other people from green square record tenants that is to see that if portway scaffolding turns up at your home don't trust these people they will put scaffolding outside your windows and block you from opening your windows and if you phone the housing greensquareaccord they won't take your phone call or do anything this will go down as another complaint for me of which I will take to the housing ombudsman. .
As far as I'm concerned greensquareaccord caused this problem and they did not survey the scaffolding being put up up.in a correct timely manner which has affected some of their tenants I will be taking this issue to the housing ombudsman thank you

I am a male to female Transexual...British Gas / Centrica discriminate against me...
Awful people...British Gas employ from other countries who discriminate against me also...They deny discrimination..
Sadly they discriminated against me 21 tiimes in 5 days.....

This company is disgraceful...
I belong to a housing association that when Lord Combustion came to service my boiler they sent two workmen...When i asked why they blamed my housing...
This caused me stress..
Having complained to my housing they now blame Lord Combustion...
Basically they treated me like im not to be trusted in my own home
They took it upon themselves to send two workers to service my boiler two years in a row without explaining this or informing my housing association...
I have complained to GreenSquareAccord of which they say this should not of happened...Very poor service ...
I have tried calling Lord Combustion of which they have now blocked my number...
I would not recommend this company as Mr Greg Jones their manager lied to me saying it felt like Lord Combustion was caught up in my situation...
