BAD BUSSINESS
If you pre pay for extra leg room seats you don't expect them to be cancelled with no explanation to hays travel who i had booked with or myself. My holiday was booked to depart 13/10/1024 ref no15294823/S24H and was told to ask for a refund on return for seats which I had paid for and was given to someone else and we was given late check in seats at the airport which I wouldn't have been charged for anyway. I can only assume you sell your seats twice.
