Outstanding service from start to finish. There was an initial delivery hiccup, but regardless of the details, the team turned things around quickly and without any fuss. The whole process was smooth and efficient, and it speaks volumes about the business.

I ordered three pairs of the F-Lite Max Mens – all arrived in perfect condition, sizing spot on. They look and feel great, are super comfortable, and, of course, functional. I’ve already taken two pairs for a spin at the gym and they’re awesome. As a homegrown Northern brand with a great reputation, they’ve more than lived up to it. I’ve worn Nanos for the last 11 years, and now I’m happily training in Inov8.

Shameless name-drop for Jordan, who handled everything with absolute care, pride, and of course patience. It’s very clear that the values of the brand run right through their people. Highly recommend.

When I had an issue with a boot, their customer service is one of the best and bent over backwards to ensure that they gave me the best service.

Their communication was top notch and replies were so fast that it felt I was given the best possible personal service.

As a long distance and mountain walker I have confidence that they will treat any walker or runner with the same service.

Just been to the outlet shop to return some walking boots that had developed a fault. Thanks to the lovely and ever helpful Donna, I was provided with a new pair, no quibbles or questions, or trying to apportion or dodge any blame, just fantastic customer service.
Inov8 products are great, but faults or issues do happen, and it’s how they are dealt with that really earns a business its reputation; Inov8 rightly has a reputation for quality but also for after-sales service. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

I purchased some leggings and they are way above what I expected. Well made and top quality material. Comfortable to exercise in, great design details of a zipped pocket and zipped leg opening. Arrived quickly, 100% satisfied customer. Would I recommend? Yes, definitely

Excellent service couldn’t ask for better

Inov8 are such a great company and a bit of a hidden gem in comparison to other big brands. I purchased the Barefoot XF and honestly they are the most comfortable shoes I have ever worn. They have the wider toe arch and fit really well. The staff at the Outlet in Crook were really helpful and went out there way to get me a pair at last minute to take on holiday.

Fantastic brand and great customer service

I was looking for a pair of gym shoes with a wide toe box and Inov8 Bare-XF looked perfect. The website was easy to navigate and the sizing guidance was very helpful. The range of payment options, such as Klarna and Clearpay, was an added bonus.

My order arrived much sooner than expected but was delivered to the wrong address. I contacted the courier but also informed Inov8, who were very responsive despite it being out of store hours.

The following morning, after Inov8 contacted the courier on my behalf, the driver was at my door, apologising with parcel in hand. Now that's a service you wouldn't get from a large retailer. Moreover, the shoes fit like a dream!
