Terrible online customer service.

Excellent stores and products but terrible on line support. Question asked to online chat regarding a deal shown on the site which was not working. I was told I was wrong and no offer was displayed. After some discussion, and the customer service rep being unpleasant, I was told that my complaint would be passed to a manager, no one has been in touch as promised. I have emailed customer services since and had no reply whatsoever. Disappointing.

Sales return made via DPD

Sales return made via DPD, which was also a high value item. The parcel was dropped off at a post office for pickup. We are now nearly 2 weeks down the line and the parcel has not been collected. There have been multiple phone calls from myself, the post office, and the shop receiving the return, but to no action of collecting the parcel. Was today told that I had picked the parcel up to use another service. I have not done so and the parcel is very much still at the post office after discussing with them. Very disappointing lack of service from this large company. I don’t understand why they cannot collect the parcel 🤷

Poor repair support

Long term user of the Iris 500 clock. Unfortunately the remote battery door has disintegrated in an unusual way. Informed by customer service that the company do not keep support for this older model; about 4 years old and working well otherwise. Only advice other than an apology was to give them money for a new model, no goodwill gesture at all. Poor gesture and sustainability.

Slow response times

Eurocamp need to invest in more customer representatives. It took 2 weeks to respond to an email, by which time it was too late to make the changes I wanted. I did get in touch with someone through messenger but they didn’t help either, just apologised for slow response times and then stopped responding. I asked both how to send a formal complaint and neither answered. A bit disappointing and worse than previous years.

Cannot return without printer access.

Very difficult to make a return if you have no printer access, like myself. No print at post office option. Very poor customer service with no returns support. Just empty apologies and strange suggestions by Vasko M like ask a bank to print. Poor support with online chat and no ability to give resolution or apparent company processes. Also told that the company has no formal complaints process.

I was very surprised thinking Crocs a large company but the review here all seem negative.

Poor sizing and customer support. Size 6-9 were classed as large on receipt and were far too big for size 6 feet. This is despite the site recommending sizing up. After this, there was a poor returns policy and no honouring of the original discount price. Very disappointing company.

Our support team reached out asking for a photo of the socks received with a measuring tape to measure the length of the bottom part of the socks while lying flat. This is so we can check if the incorrect items were sent or not.

The image on their site showing a symbol similar to 5 trust adviser starts is very misleading.

Great product, Poor aftercare

Several purchases recently with good products. However, two online messages sent, and an email sent to two of their accounts - no response to any. No apparent aftercare.

Good service, average description.

I ordered the Panasonic Lumix G3 which arrived in the stated time and I am very happy with the camera model. There were two issues however. The first was that the lens protector was not in the box. A quick contact sorted this so I was more than pleased. The second was in the description of the camera. The camera was class A which meant it was a good price and it stated the camera was pristine with all parts but the box may be damaged. The camera on arrival had quite a few signs of wear and the base had plastic damage related to tripod use. The camera had clearly been used extensively in shop or returned. I have kept the camera as it was what I needed and the price was good but I am unsure if I would used Parks again, and definitely not for anything but completely new/unused.
