Just been to the outlet shop to return some walking boots that had developed a fault. Thanks to the lovely and ever helpful Donna, I was provided with a new pair, no quibbles or questions, or trying to apportion or dodge any blame, just fantastic customer service.
Inov8 products are great, but faults or issues do happen, and it’s how they are dealt with that really earns a business its reputation; Inov8 rightly has a reputation for quality but also for after-sales service. I would recommend this place to anyone!!

Overall this was a really positive experience. Booking was easy and the price was extremely attractive. Location was superb, with only a short walk to the terminal, no need to wait for shuttle buses. On exit, everything worked perfectly and we were on the road in minutes.
This would have been a 5* review, but I've knocked one star off for two things...

1) The booking confirmation email had a link to a map of where the carpark is, but the link didn't work. This would have been useful to ensure we were heading to the correct carpark.

2) On arrival, it wasn't clear which carpark to use and I had to press the intercom to speak to someone and it took what seemed an age for someone to answer.

Minor things noted above, but if they're addressed then this is a perfect long stay service, in my opinion.

I'm a regular customer and rarely need to contact customer services but I recently contacted BrewDog with an issue I'd experienced with a voucher code. Response was really prompt and the service agent, Maya, explained the issue. Now, at this point I have to hold my hand up to 'user error' as there was no issue with the code at all, just that I wasn't using it correctly. That said, because my order was already submitted and couldn't be altered, Maya credited my account with enough to get myself some free beers on my next order, when I'll ALSO be able to use my voucher code. You can't knock that really. Great service. Thank you, Maya!!!!

I booked a fit-to-fly test prior to a trip to Spain, before realising it was unnecessary. I quickly contacted express test to cancel and they were happy to do so. The asked for my details and said a refund would processed. This was some weeks ago and despite numerous emails and contacts via their website, I have received nothing. I hold my hands up for the initial error my part but given the ever changing travel situation I expect this happens often. However I would at least expect some response from express test to explain what, if anything, is happening. I wouldn’t use again based on this experience.

Non existent customer service. Clearly overworked and unable to provide required service. A simple house purchase took over six months to complete and resulted in the mortgage offer expiring. Would have appointed a different solicitor to complete but it would have introduced more complexity so we had to stick with it. Do yourself a favour and find another solicitor, there are plenty around and will be better than these cowboys. Avoid at all costs.
