Surprisingly impressed, I had low expectations (apologies) but very very easy to use and obviously secure. Banks could learn from this firm.

Team support is efficient and good to deal with either by over the phone or by email.

Ibanfirst has the the advantage of offering a great online experience, but also having terrific sales and customer relations staff when you need to speak to a person.
