I wanted a mattress, I bought one.

The woman who answered the phone was clear and helpful.

On the not-so-good side, your phone queue is still quite long, the music annoying (change it!) and the constant exhortations to go on line, even more annoying. If I wanted to go online, I would, but hey - I'm choosing the phone!

Pretty easy and able to post ticket. Pity I can't go and the ticket non-refundable, but that is my own fault.

Octopus always respond to me very promptly, which is becoming rare these days and is much appreciated. Also they remind me when it's time to send a meter reading, and make it easy for me to choose which way I prefer to do this. Also, they support green initiatives.

Items not yet fitted, so too early to say, but delivery was fine.

The guys from Baxter Kelly worked without stopping all day installing my heat pump - they were pleasant and polite and helpful throughout. Happy to have them here and confident of their good work.

My experience with Cornhill has been chiefly with Tom Staton and he has guided me with great patience through what is for me unfamiliar and stressful territory. Can't praise him highly enough.
