I placed an order on December 15th for for €1100 and it’s not arrived and I have no info.

I placed an order on December 15th
I have received no tracking data even though on the website it says deliveries take 3 - 5 business days. I contacted Nordic pro store which in itself was a near impossible task, I got one reply to say the order is in processing, that was December 17th and I haven’t heard anything since despite sending mails every other day. So they’ve taken €1100 and I have absolutely nothing for it, and disappointed kids as it was Christmas gifts I bought. Unbelievable it’s impossible to contact these people and they can get away with such antics.

Great service and great trailer

Great service and great trailer.
It arrived quickly and is of good build quality.
The only point I would make is that my Austrian number plate wouldn’t fit in the holder and the holder was riveted on, so I had to drill them out, buy another holder and then fit it.
This was a little frustrating.

Thank you very much for your feedback! We haven't received such a information from our Austrian customers. Number plates are standardized for all European trailers, so such problems shouldn't take place.

Mostly a very good service

Mostly a very good service. Competitive rates, approachable and friendly team. Only improvement in my opinion is clarity on when transfers happen, how long they take and the preferred/required method. I was unaware we would have to use CHAPS to transfer into Cornhill, had I have known this I would have organised payment a few days prior to when it was required. I accept this is partly my fault but it was my first time dealing with such a transaction and with such considerable funds so a little more hand holding would have made it smoother and less stressful.
All in all a good service though and I will be using Cornhill again in the future
