I did not think this could get any worse I have now received another email demanding payment - STOP HARRASSING DEAD PEOPLE - Terrible I tried repeatedly to tell you the account holder had died but nothing and you even sent me threatening letters about debt collection.

I wanted to let you know that I’ve sent you an email regarding the resolution of the account. When you have a moment, please take a look, as it contains some additional important information.
We needed a frame for one of my wife's paintings and the online system enabled us to select exactly what we wanted and when it arrived 5 days later it was absolutely perfect. Yet again a great result from Frames.co.uk. As always a joy to deal with you.
I ordered a new Dishwasher in the morning of 19 August and it was promised for 21 August and it was delivered at 10.30 on that day in the 4 hour slot we had been given. The old machine was removed. PRICE WAS COMPETITIVE WITH OTHERS IN THE FIELD! PERFECT - I HAVE NOTHING BUT PRAISE FOR AO AND ITS SERVICE - I WILL BE BACK WHEN I NEED SOMETHING ELSE
As usual my dealings with Cornhill were excellent. Dominic and the team were the usual efficient team and but for Barclays doing a random check it was both easy to do and very cost effective. I will continue use Dominic and Cornhill as and when I need to do.
I wanted a seal cut signet ring and after trying a number others I went to Hester Clarke and got what I wanted at a price that was not the cheapest but certainly very reasonable for what I wanted.
We used to use the shop before it closed and we are delighted that the service and pleasure of dealing with them has rolled over to the online shopping experience. We will be back!!

As always I contacted Domonic with a transaction for immediate action. He quoted me the rate and amount to pay him. He confimed by email instantly and I forwarded the funds 10 minutes later. Payment confirmation was received back within 30 minutes. No fuss! No problem! And it saved us a considerable amount against using our bank. Thanks Cornhill!

The recipient of my present of flowers in a vase was delighted with them. so thank you. Just a note - she sent me a picture of the product and I was surprised that the vase was nothong like the one shown on the website when I ordered them. Need to sort this out to avoid future complaints.
Although we only use Cornhill infrequently, and often for small amounts, they are always incredibly helpful and efficient. No deal is too small and we always save money compared to working through the bank. Dominic and his team are a pleasure to work with and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others. For foreign payments I would and do go nowhere else.
