Appalling

Appalling - sofa torn. Not the sofa I ordered (no studs). Leg put on back to front. 2 indentations on the suite.

Rhys The Exemplary Salesman

Rhys (Preston scs) was exemplary throughout our experience with scs. He could not do enough for us. He definitely gave memorable customer service. Rhys was very professional and used the internet really well to help us decide on our purchase. I will definitely shop at scs again and will seek out Rhys for his professionalism, politeness and knowledge. A credit to any company. Well done Rhys!

Fabulous

Fabulous - very easy. Did have to phone once as Saver was coming to end and needed to re-invest. Followed very clear instructions but you dicn t leg me know i had completed the re-investment. It was verg clear on the dsg though. Whdn i phobed ig was explaind thst i had bg a very nice man.

Missing $20.??

Only thing is you say no charges but when the said amount arrives in America it is always $20 missing, our bank in US charge us $16 which we know and they have said it must be a charge from yourself so somewhere $20 is going missing this has happened every time if you check your records this is quite a large amount. I've asked before but could you please check.
