Having paid for ink on Click & Collect…

Having paid for ink on Click & Collect online. Item was not available for 5 days.
I heard nothing and had to ring the Limk store to be told they had my order!! Waiting time 2 weeks

I ordered a bed spread and a cushion having seen the spread in my local store but they didn’t have it in the larger size, so I knew what I was getting. It arrived when advised and I am happy with my purchase .

Parcel delivered on 2nd attempt

This service is very good but unlike some other couriers they don’t give you a rough time slot for delivery & only an email .
When I asked on Day 2 for my package to be left over my wall, it was delivered swiftly and as requested

Order placed today

I have today placed an order for a sofa and foot stool due for delivery in 8 weeks, I visited the Limerick store and was attended to by a lovely, pleasant and helpful assistant called Kaitlin. She took the time to explain everything in detail.
