Bought this hoodie for my son and he loves it. Wears on repeat

I did not get my hoodie 😐

Everything was good, the reason why I ordered here is because I was this year in harajuku and the shops there are crazy good.

The quality is lovely and even though the stitches haven’t fully softened yet they don’t irritate me at all.
Would recommend to anyone who likes the look of stitch work. 10/10
I ordered a EU medium and it’s a tiny bit too big (I’m 180cm), but I love that for a hoodie.

Overall great quality. I shall purchase more clothing. Small issue with tracking update but Lynn was super and sorted it within minutes.

I received the product with out issues.

We had to return the pants and jacket but custumer service worked with us to get the right sizes to us. I would definitely order from them again.

This is a dropship website. The product I ordered came with a different company name Mr nearly where it was 50% cheaper.

The quality of the clothes are not good got a floral jacket and the embroidery is all falling out a pair of short is ripping at the seams just by me putting my hands in my pockets , like geez I feel like I got ripped on one shirt one jacket two short 401$ and half of it is falling apart

I love the clothes. They are of high quality fabrics. The embroidery is exceptional and the design is out of this world. I love it and got lots of compliments.

My kids loved the pieces they picked out from the website. Came well packaged and made of high quality materials.

Starting with the good internet side, good product desctiption, easy shopping , fast delivery and good information about the current status of the delivery. At least the quality of the product is really great

Final update:

After the company read my two previous reviews they reached out and offered me a $45 credit to repurchase the hoodie I originally ordered. The hoodie was still on sale for $80 so I used the credit and ordered/received the hoodie. It is comfortable and soft but very lightweight compared to the two other hoodies I purchased from them. However, with all said and done I ultimately paid $35 more than the full retail price for the item plus an additional round of shipping cost.

Customer service has reached out multiple times requesting that I revise or remove my previous reviews, which I will not do, citing that "bad reviews hurt small companies" and that they so graciously gave me a $45 credit. If the company had simply replaced an item that can go on sale for a measly $80 I would have written a very positive review but it is not the customer's responsibility to help a company's reputation, large or small, if they can't ensure customers receive products they've paid for.

I am giving 2 stars because two of the 3 hoodies I've received are quite comfortable and attractive, but the way this has been handled really deserves 1 star or less.

The ordering was easy. They kept me updated on the shipping and the product was worth the wait. It’s well made, looks exactly like the picture and the material feels of good quality.

Cheap Chinese dropshipping products. Do not buy, terrible quality and it is just a scam. Might as well buy from shein or ali express
