After the company read my two previous reviews they reached out and offered me a $45 credit to repurchase the hoodie I originally ordered. The hoodie was still on sale for $80 so I used the credit and ordered/received the hoodie. It is comfortable and soft but very lightweight compared to the two other hoodies I purchased from them. However, with all said and done I ultimately paid $35 more than the full retail price for the item plus an additional round of shipping cost.
Customer service has reached out multiple times requesting that I revise or remove my previous reviews, which I will not do, citing that "bad reviews hurt small companies" and that they so graciously gave me a $45 credit. If the company had simply replaced an item that can go on sale for a measly $80 I would have written a very positive review but it is not the customer's responsibility to help a company's reputation, large or small, if they can't ensure customers receive products they've paid for.
I am giving 2 stars because two of the 3 hoodies I've received are quite comfortable and attractive, but the way this has been handled really deserves 1 star or less.
