I wondered “why” my order was taking so long…turns out my delivery address is a business/architectural office/only open Mon-Fri 8:30am-5pm. Once the delivery service was notified by Harajuku Customer Setvice, it was delivered IMMEDIATELY-! THANK YOU/! LOVE THE DRAGON HOODIE AND ORDERED ANOTHER-! Will most likely order a Phoenix one, next-!!!!

Order arrived so quickly. And the shirt is really beautiful and high quality.

The quality and lovely loose fit are very good. It’s become a favourite to wear. Highly recommended it to family and friends.

Unfortunately a scam like any other. £200, luckily AMEX refunded me without questions.

Be careful. They have a Customer Service line which seems to be just set up to keep the scam going and delay challenging of any scam transactions. I would advise to stay away / not fall for their CS telling you "the item is on its way".

I have received my package and it is perfect! It's a hoodie and it fits so nicely!! I was initially annoyed of how long the wait was, but I'm really glad I got the product! I will like to buy more of their product in the future!

Its a drop ship scam. Simple as that. All the positive reviews are bots or paid. Dont be dumb. Its just ali express with extra steps. Scam scam SCAM

Too expensive for quality-slow shipping- customs charges apply upon receiving the package- i made 1 order and they shipped 2 different packages with delay
Overall very bad experience

I ordered the Mentmate Wide-Leg Lounge Pants and didn’t have very high expectations bc of the quality of a previous order, however, these pants did not disappoint! The quality was great, and I loved the style; the fabric had a good weight and was flowy, and doesn’t seem to wrinkle very easily. It was a little long bc I am barely 5’ tall, but after washing and tossing it in the dryer for a bit, it shrank to just the right length - inseam now is about 26.5”. I’m 100 lbs and ordered a size S. I received my order within 2 weeks.

The items were a 💯 fit (shoutout to the ones responsible for the measurement/size recs) and really great quality. When one item didn't show any delivery progress, it was easy to get into contact with customer service. I got updates on regular basis. The problem was solved soon after 1st contact. Probably wouldn’t buy from here again. Bought a hoodie for about £70 it came and was such bad quality and smelt so badly. I can’t even describe how bad quality is. I Tried to do a refund but due to there refund policy you need to email them to get a refund and you got to do it in 14days. They never respond to you !

Jen from Harajuku Streetwear Support was extremally kind, professional, and made sure that I was more than content with my issues.

I sent my hoodie back for an exchange since it was too small. Then Jen helped me throughout the entire exchange process from start to finish. There was a point where a tracking number was misread or wrong but Jen helped made sure that my item was being processed.

Currently it is on it's way to me and I am very happy with how Jen handled everything.
