We had to return the pants and jacket but custumer service worked with us to get the right sizes to us. I would definitely order from them again.

I never knew there was a service that would buy the product for you in Japan then ship it. FANTASTIC. We were afraid it would be sold out. But they went and purchased it the next day after we put in our order and it was shipped the next day. I will use them whenever I can. Great service.
