Exceptional customer service! In this day and age it's refreshing to find someone who seems to care about the customer. Also, the quality of the product was very nice. I would not hesitate to buy again.

The material of the hoodie is nice but the inside lining is a little cheap. The embroidery work is really nice and the cross on the back is really thick carpet like material. My biggest issue is the draw string at the bottom, I washed the hoodie on delicate and even air dried it and I went to use the drawstring and it came right out of the hoodie

False advertising. The website states the garment was 100%, which the price reflected. The garment received was a polyester blend. I then had to submit a claim to paypal for a refund, despite executing a return as the seller requested - at my expense. I am out $16 for false advertising.

The customer service was great. The hoodie was amazing quality. Fits perfect.

The hoodie I ordered came quickly, looks exactly like the photo and is great quality. It's become my go to Hoodie.

Product was pricey but I liked the art. Quality is cheap. Sizing is entirely too small (if you have a chest bigger than a B, forget about it). Took me a while to notice but I think the art is stolen. Massive typos on front and back. Back says “Kongshan Tower Sakura Landscape Trees Wonderland in the cloud MLRACLE view” - pretty sure Miracle isn’t spelled with two L’s. Front has massive misspelling - “WONDERLAD”. The N is completely missing. Which usually means they were trying to avoid a lawsuit with stolen material. Avoid at all costs.

The clothing that I ordered are awesome and I cannot fault them. However, the delivery time was too long, so you have to order way in advance of you wanted items for a specific time.

bought two items and requested a refund by email within 2 hours of purchase. Email was sent through successfully but when i emailed again, as i didn’t receive a reply, they claimed it wasn’t received on their end. I had to wait until the items arrived and then return it but i had to pay for my own shipping which was £52. The person who helped was very friendly and informative, refund policy was stated clearly but just unsatisfied with the emailing situation, could’ve avoided the £52 return shipping.

The quality of the product and unique embroidered design are very impressive! My son has received so many compliments and questions about where he got the sweatshirt. Delivery was quick. Definitely pay attention to the size chart.
