Worst quality. It is a scam.

Start with by being honest!
You do not hold your part of the bargain. You make it hard for someone to send something back. In your policy it states 100% money back. I got only 20%. I work for my money, I do not scam others for theirs. I recommend that no other human should purchase your stinking bad quality products.

I unfortunately was also fooled by the professional photos (and they "pretend" to be based in the Netherlands...). I ordered two items - the quality of these was worse than what you get in a 1 euro shop... I immediately sent the package back (after immense hassles and having to pay customs and shipping myself) and waited and waited and waited... the seller did NOT pick up my package from customs and argued that since they had not yet received my package, they could not reimburse me. Thankfully, I had used PayPal to pay for the items and submitted a complaint against the seller. PayPal immediately reimbursed me the same day I filed the complaint. I seriously hope this place is shut down!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE!! They are scammers!!

Totally unreliable. Bad quality, unresponsive and impossible to return the products and receive the money back.

I ordered a suite but the shipping took almost 3.5 weeks. The suite does not even has labels and is of the lowest quality. They offered a 30% refund or I need to send it back to China. I have no clue what I should do, but the shop is simply fake.

Rubbish made in.. where else-China. Ordered a pair of shoes. I‘d give -5 Stars. DO NOT ORDER anything. Such criminals, you ought to be ashamed working for that Company.

Same story obviously again: I ordered a suit, it didn´t fit, return to an adress in china would cost approx 30,00€ - the dress did cost 49,00€. Return of my money only, when package would be received in china. Address: Lane 1177, Jianlan Road, schräg gegenüber dem Südtor von Lubao Technology, Bezirk Yinzhou Stadt: Ningbo Provinz: Zhejiang - that sounds very fishy to me
So I accepted a return of about 10,00€ - and paid nearly 40,00€ for a bad experience - what a lousy shop - never ever again

The webshop shows an adress in Utrecht Netherlands only.
I ordered some shoes and the order confirmation (email) also showed an address in the Netherlands.
The shipment to my Adresse in Germany took about 10 days and the packet delivered by DHL showed a sender adress in Germany. The DHL tracking info also shows a german shipping center as origin.

As the shoes dont fit my size, I followed the instructions on the website and asked for return information via Email.
As first answer they offered 10% discount and they did not send return information.
I asked again and they offered 20% discount without sending return infomation.
I asked again and they offered 30% discount, otherwise I would have to ship the shoes to an address in China for estimated shipping feels of 30-40€.
After I answered I'm not ok with sending the shoes to China, because I bought them on a Webshop with an address in the Netherland, they insoisted on shipping them to China and send me a link to their return policy that doesnt mention China.

This was a horrible experience. I wish I have read the reviews before. I warn you to buy anything from them. In their website they have written if you buy something you will be able to return them within 30 days and a get full refund. We bought some articles and all horrible fabric and all very bad fit. It is the worse experience I ever had shopping online. Now that I want to return them the articles they are avoiding to give me back my money and they said it is only possible to get a 20% refund. I have asked four times to send me their return address and every time they avoid to do that. Please be careful and do not buy anything the pictures are very deceiver and very far from reality.

Totally scam!! Do not order there, they will charge you massive costs to send clothes back. The quality is super shitty and the customer service is even worse.
