🇬🇧 Review in English:

Deceptive and exploitative – avoid at all costs!

Do not be fooled by the appearance of a local, trustworthy online store – this shop is anything but. While it brands itself as Berlin-based, returns must be sent at your own expense to China, and they explicitly reject DHL Express – only standard DHL is accepted. This makes the return process unnecessarily complicated and expensive.

In many cases, return shipping costs exceed the value of the product itself. For example, returning a 30 € T-shirt might cost you over 35 € in shipping – a clearly intentional barrier. Customer service is unhelpful, and there is zero goodwill when it comes to resolving issues.

This is a textbook example of a business model based on making returns prohibitively expensive to discourage them. Absolutely not recommended. Stay far away from BLISS Berlin.

Bliss Berlin is absolute trash

Bliss Berlin is absolute trash. Returning an item was a nightmare, and I’ve been waiting forever for a refund they already confirmed. All they do is waste my time with empty promises. Save yourself the headache and shop somewhere else.

This is mostly a scam operation - avoid

Nothing to do with Berlin. This is a UK based scam operation that sends clothes of very poor quality (materials and stitching) priced 10x their actual value directly from China after a week or so and the buyer has to bear the very high return costs back to China without this being mentioned anywhere on their website, before or after the transaction.
