Webshop claims to be in Holland and demands costly return shipping to China.
The webshop shows an adress in Utrecht Netherlands only.
I ordered some shoes and the order confirmation (email) also showed an address in the Netherlands.
The shipment to my Adresse in Germany took about 10 days and the packet delivered by DHL showed a sender adress in Germany. The DHL tracking info also shows a german shipping center as origin.
As the shoes dont fit my size, I followed the instructions on the website and asked for return information via Email.
As first answer they offered 10% discount and they did not send return information.
I asked again and they offered 20% discount without sending return infomation.
I asked again and they offered 30% discount, otherwise I would have to ship the shoes to an address in China for estimated shipping feels of 30-40€.
After I answered I'm not ok with sending the shoes to China, because I bought them on a Webshop with an address in the Netherland, they insoisted on shipping them to China and send me a link to their return policy that doesnt mention China.
