Shame there’s not ZERO stars
Shame there’s not ZERO stars. TRUST ME DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CONMEN. Communication is absolutely awful, delivery took over 2 weeks as Evri apparently lost it. (More like delays coming from China as the quality shows they are clearly not uk made as claimed. finally got my mats today and they holes to clip them in are at least 5cm too wide so they can’t be clipped in or used. THESE GUYS COULD NOT ORGANISE A P**S UP IN A BREWERY.
Appalling quality, lack of response
front mat for Fiat Ducato x250, Mat is appalling quality, the shape of the mat is off by some margin so won't sit squarely, the heel pad (an extra) is too far to the left.
Initial contact seemed positive, photos sent, my issue would be 'looked into', nothing since. As others have pointed out, this company was dissolved in December 2024 so should they be trading?

I ordered mats Sunday 28/10/25 and received them on Saturday 11/10/25 so just a couple of days over stated delivery time. The mats were a perfect fit with clips and a heel insert on the drivers mat, the only thing is I should have gone for the luxury mats as these are maybe a bit thin compared to the manufactures ones so will get them when I need new ones in the future but at £34.00 I cant complain. I was contacted by phone by the new owner 2 days before delivery to let me know mats were coming, so that's something that other companies would not do, so well done.

I did have a problem with my order
I did have a problem with my order. But a new owner contacted me about my car mats, he had them made & sent to me in 4 days. Just put them in the car &they are a great fit, plus they look great. Hopefully every one can give the new owner a chance to sort your orders out, as he has been brilliant with me. Plus i would use them again.
cheap mats - don’t use this company
Ordered new car mats for VW Golf MK8 and when mats finally arrived after numerous emails chasing them they were really poor.
When trying to fit them they don’t align correctly with VW clips, the mats are really cheap quality and shaping of the mats is totally wrong.
Tried to communicate with company via email as instructed from their website as they don’t have a phone line and I’ve had no response to three emails requesting someone contact me and also requesting my money back.
I wouldn’t use the company ever again and wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. The mats are cheap quality, don’t fit properly and won’t communicate if you complain.
Ridiculous length of time for delivery
Ridiculous length of time to wait to receive a product. I understand a couple of weeks for bespoke, but to try and pass these off as hand made is shocking to me. Received them today 8/10/25, having ordered on 17/9/25. I ordered ‘prestige’ at £55.99 and I could have bought better quality in B&M (other bargain basement stores are available). The fixing holes are too close together so they gape and they’ve added fixing holes to the rear mats, when my vehicle type doesn’t come with fixings in the rear.
Polite response to emails but stating “…manufacturing machinery had some unexpected downtime. Since everything we make is bespoke, it took us a bit of extra time to get things moving again.
The good news is your items are now being finished up…” and then take another 7 days for them to be sent out, is totally unacceptable. Coincidently they were shipped the same evening I asked for a refund.
There’s a code CTVEL on the attached label, are they passing off Comfort Velour as ‘Prestige’… who knows?!

I ordered my Volvo mats on 17 August 2025 the money was taken straight away I’ve emailed twice in the last week it says that you’ll receive a reply the next day I’m still waiting not happy at all

Initially things seemed fine. I received information on delivery times for the boot mat I ordered. However, when it arrived it was clearly the wrong item. I sent photos as requested… then nothing. I have chased 5 times with no response (they claim a response time of 1 working day). No contact number is available - maybe this is why ?

Ordered items as a gift based on a delivery date. The delivery date surpassed 2 weeks late and I contacted them saying they are over 2 weeks late and I wanted a refund. They refused to give me a refund and told me as a gesture of good will, would refund me 10%, even though they admitted that they hadn't even sent them yet. Absolutely shocking. Customer service responses were also intermittent and if you ask any form of challenging questions, don't expect a response. Awful experience and you will not get refunded regardless of situation
Wouldn’t use again …
Quoted delivery times are misleading and when I chased for an update I was given excuse about extra couple of days to process order (despite the payment being taken and an email confirming my order immediately received). Anyway the mats did turn up in time for the new car delivery.
However I chose the comfort level which is stated to be the first step to luxury in fact is comparable to any off the shelf basic quality mat. And after only a week of use the stitching around the heel pad has already got loose ends coming away. so doubt they are going to last long.
So buyers beware that if you go for Comfort spec they are just basic and not on the way to luxury at all.

Update: I have ordered from finest car mats uk on 12/09/25. After 6 days, I emailed them for an update. I received a reply from Ryan saying it's being processed. A few days after, I got the Evri tracking number. Today, 30/09/25, Evri are still expecting it. 4 emails from last week have been returned, undelivered. I have contacted my bank for a refund dispute against them. Looks like this company scams people on their products. The mats have eventually arrived (nearly a month after) but the quality is, like what others have said, not what I paid for. I can't be bothered to continue with the dispute as there are more important things going on in life. I can also confirm that this company was Dissolved in 2024 from Company House. How can they still have the nerve to advertise a non functional business and get away with it?
