Mats arrived 01032025-fitted perfectly. I did have some problems with delivery seems to me that communications between makers and the delivery people is not as it should be! I am not normally an on line shopper, I contacted the makers (RYAN) by email he sorted out my problem and I now have my new Mats which I am V/PLEASED WITH-THANKYOU.
I had a probiem with paying-and thought a scammer may have got involved,but when I phoned (19/03/25) I was assured this was not the case-much to my relief.

I am 86years old and get upset when things seem to be for some easy-when I find them not.The lady I spoke with was VERY understanding/parient/and knowledgeable. sometimes when I have phoned I have had difficulty understanding the person dealing with my problem, this LADY- (TANYA) was completly differant SHE should be CONGRATULATED.THANKYOU.

The service was very good and delivery speedy. My only comment is I had to cut off nearly 2inches of one of the sticks as it was that much longer than the other. Altogether I would definitely recommend this company, you will not have to wait long to receive your stick.

While we do advise that lengths of wooden sticks may vary slightly due to the natural nature of the material used, it's rare that there would be such a difference. Before the last two deliveries, our packages were left as per details on email. The last two !! Yesterday when we received the last one, the package was just left on our outside door step (we were waiting and listening for the delivery nothing was heard). When we had a look there it was on the door step-the same thing happened the last time too !?
the female who brought this package took photo of next flats drain pipe, and then after I spoke to her she handed the package to a lady who was at our front door!!! NOT what "IT SAYS ON THE TIN"?? I have many packages delivered by Hermes and this was certainly not their normal excellent service.
I am writing this review on the Damart parcel I rec'd Sat.23 Jan. I rec'd an e/mail saying the said parcel would be delivered on the Friday-later on Friday e/mail said it would not and it would be with me on Monday 25. In fact before I retired to bed on Saturday 23rd. at about 2300Hrs. I looked outside my front door and there to my surprise was the said parcel.I HAD BEEN IN ALL DAY AND MY DOORBELL OR KNOCKER(BOTH IN WORKING ORDER)HAD NOT BEEN USED.I live on a fairly busy road so imprest I was not.I must say normally Hermes are VERY GOOD>
As normal, quick service,polite driver.Delivery as it should be,Knock on door when knock answered, the delivery man stood back and said parcel there-EXCELLENT SERVICE-THANKYOU.
I should say normally our experiences with Damart are excellent,this time the delivery person did not Knock or Ring the door bell as they should, as per T&C's,when they bring a package?
