I was referred to Medexpress by a friend who mentioned it could be a more affordable option for weight loss injections. I thought I’d give it a try but honestly, the process has been frustrating from the start.
After placing my order, I got the usual follow-up email asking for ID and a photograph, pretty standard, nothing new. But then my photo kept getting declined, which was strange because it was the same type of image I’ve used with other providers. I assumed it was some kind of system glitch, so I reached out to customer service… only to be told it wasn’t a glitch at all, but that they prefer you to wear lightly coloured clothes in your photo. So, if you tend to wear darker clothes like I do, be prepared for a bit of a hassle.
Eventually, I sent off a final version that was accepted, but then I received another email saying they were experiencing high demand and that I’d need to wait up to four working days just for the verification before they even dispatch the medication.
Compared to other companies I’ve used, this has been by far the slowest and most tedious experience. If you’re looking for a quick, straightforward process, I’d suggest exploring other providers. There are plenty out there, and with the current demand, I’m surprised Medexpress hasn’t made more of an effort to speed things up.

Out of all the Ombudsman services, this is the best one. The online account is great, you can keep track of what’s going on. The advisors are quick and efficient at what they do unlike the other ombudsman services where you have to wait months and months. They’re friendly and overall knowledgeable, they should be proud of what they do.

Brought a new car and thought I’d treat myself further by buying so new car mats. Decided I’d go all out, upgraded the pile, added embroidery and paid the extra for checking. Paid circa £70, received a confirmation email and then didn’t hear anything else. It would be beneficial to advise customer of delivery progress etc. Mats arrived, stitching all loose, no embroidery, even though they had stamped the sticker to confirm the embroidery had been done. This confirms that they do not actually check the items, even though I paid extra for that service. Contacted customer service, spoke with Ryan. Communication was regular but felt slightly confusing because when one resolution was offered, I emailed back to confirm, a second, third and fourth resolution was made and each time taking something away. In then end, resolution reached and waiting for this to be actioned. Honestly, I wouldn’t use this company again, there are many other companies that are much more value for money and better customer experience.

I love the fact it tells you if it’s a good deal or not. For someone who knows nothing about cars, is a great feature. However, the delivery included in the price, is not always the accurate price. I’ve found that a number of dealers shows a price and then tell you VAT is added on top. This is so they show as a good price on the site but if you add VAT it becomes expensive. CarGurus need to do more to protect their customers from these dealers.

I would recommend anyone thinking of using this company, not too. Do not waste your time. Appraisal was completed, guy said the company decided not to buy the car because of a small scratch at the back of the car. He said that this is the 4th time that this company has done this to different customers and seems to be their usual practice. He then went on to provide me details of another car buyer. I then received a text to say I had declined their offer, confused, I called and they said the appraiser had said there was an oil leak and something stuck in the engine. Surprised, I took it back to the garage that completed my service and MOT just a few weeks ago, who confirmed this was not the case and had no idea where or how they came to this conclusion! Used a different company, got more than I thought and less hassle than these.

I initially began my journey with an agent whose service, unfortunately, fell short of expectations. I found a car I was interested in and was informed by the agent that the vehicle had been sold after he supposedly contacted the dealer. However, I had already submitted a contact form myself, and the dealer later confirmed directly that the car was still available. This inconsistency was disappointing and caused me to lose trust in the agent’s handling of my case.
After the agent left the business, Leah took over my case, and the experience improved significantly. Leah was excellent—professional, positive, and extremely helpful throughout the process. She really made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Leah really is a credit to your company!

I wouldn’t use anyone else now! I can’t believe I didn’t join sooner. There’s nothing worse, finishing a day at work to then be stood in your local pharmacy for ages, this takes that away. Easy to use APP and delivered to your home the next day or two. You can set medication reminders and they keep you updated through the prescription request!

Aiden and the fitters at Exeter Tapi are amazing! I went in to store on the Tuesday when I received the keys to my new home (last minute) Aiden was able to get my carpets in the living room and bedroom done by the Thursday and the fitters returned the following Tuesday to finish the rest of the house. Super grateful for their efficiency to enable me to get in my home quickly and remove 1 of the stresses that comes with moving. Other companies could not fit me in for weeks. Price reasonable, lots of add on’s but the service I received in store and from the fitters more than made up for that. Cost was given upfront and full break down provided although the door shavings are not costed until the end of the fitting which we didn’t know and worth baring in mind if you’re on a budget. Overall extremely happy with the whole experience - my first time using them and will 100% go back and recommend!

New customer to Neon Reef, had some issues with setting up the direct debit and was told they do not have a call centre so couldn’t speak to anyone on the phone. To later find out this isn’t true. Good prices so far. Shame payments can’t be made via the app and you have to bank transfer.
