Ordered a set of mats for a Saab 9-3. The left front one had wrong spacings but sending a quick e-mail got it sorted quickly by Ryan after I sent the correct measurements with an accompanying photo. It turned out to be a simple packing error when despatched and was sorted without fuss or drama, job done. More than happy to use these again if I need mats for another car. The mats are also excellent quality at a fair price.

I've always liked the clear conciseness of Haynes manuals for my cars and motorbikes .
Also the first manual I ordered actually arrived the very next day . I then saw another one that I wanted while browsing back on their site and that one only took two days to arrive . Will definitely be happy to order from Haynes site in the future .
