I placed an order months ago and did t receive a thing . Chinese scam

Prices shown are way below the actual prices when redirected to Amazon. Pointless.

It’s been over 2.5 months now and I still have not received my order. They are not responding to emails and phone calls.

Customer service is horrible. no one replies to emails and even the password reset does not work. I tried resetting my password like a million times and i never got a password reset link in my email.

I bought two items of men's outdoor clothing, size 4XL. Very poor lightweight , shoddy and certainly not outdoor clothing. Very badly sized , not even close to what was advertised. I can't get them to accept returns, they offered me a 20% refund or vouchers to get a discount on a further purchase. I can't get a returns address, I want my money back.

I have made an order with FashionMia for few items, I received a templated email stating:

"Thank you for shopping with us. Your order B245752108232 is now being processed and will be dispatched normally within 7 days.
If you do not receive our deliery notice after 7 days, you can track your order here" (yes, that is the spelling, generally this is how you know that you are dealing with a scam)

That time has passed and the order is still with a status of "being prepared". There is a contact form that does not work and an email to their 'service' listed on your order confirmation emial, which when you email you will get a bounce-back stating:

"Address not found
Your message wasn't delivered to service@ fashionmia.net because the address couldn't be found or is unable to receive email."

If you are not convinced, email them prior to purchasing to find out for yourself.

Ordered items of clothing which never arrived. Fobbed off with e-mails about the order being processed. Asked for refund and have received nothing. Feel stupid and conned.

I ordered 2 ideas in February 7th2021,and as if today,march16,2021 I haven’t received anything.not my order or any kind of corespondent.I want a refund now.

I'm so mad I spent my money here. I ordered a dress in January for $30 and never received shipment email nor a confirmation. It's been 8 months and they have not responded nor does their email work. I came back to see if theres any change only to see they canceled my order without telling me and NEVER REFUNDED ME MY MONEY. Do not buy here its really a scam.

SCAM. Scam scam scam scam. I ordered some clothing from them, waited more than TWO MONTHS for it and never received it. When I contacted "customer service" (what a joke) I was asked for the order number and email address. When I gave it to them, they told me to "please wait patiently" for the order. I told them I had been waiting two months already and wanted a refund. They cut off the conversation and then blocked me from contacting them.

I wish that I had taken the time to read the reviews and to heed all the warning signs that making a purchase from this company was a bad idea. I placed an order on 6/16/20 and received what looked like a legitimate email confirming the purchase. When I went to check the tracking information it was not valid. I placed the order in a rush and did not take the time to do my research. Needless to say after that first round of correspondence I have not received anymore information concerning my package. I feel as though one star is to much. Like the majority of people in the world who work hard for their money I don't appreciate the deceitful business practice of this company. I try really hard not to pass judgement but when I saw a Hong Kong affiliation with this company I knew I had been scammed! I have no one to blame but myself for not doing my research.

Another Chinese scam business. Registers all around the world. When the authorities get too close they change their registration to another country. Fashionmia does not give legit contacts such as emails, phone numbers etc like legitimate companies. Can only contact thru their website on their terms. Take your money but don’t provide a legit product or any real customer service. If you get anything it is shoddy and not worth the money. They don’t have customer care they have customer BEWARE.

ALSO SHAME ON TRUSTPILOT FOR ALLOWING THESE CRIMINALS TO CONTINUE TO USE THEIR SITE. TRUSTPILOT HAS A BIG PROBLEM AS THERE ARE MANY OF THESE SCAM COMPANIES ON THIS SITE AND THE SCAMMERS KEEP SCAMMING.

I have been waiting since March of 2018 for this company to refund my money for merchandise I did not receive. Now I see the company Fashionmia is also going by Fashionnova. I am sure they changed their name so they could continue to deceive some of their customers. I have filed numerous complaints but this matter still has not been resolved, enough they have sent emails stating they would refund my money. I hope other people will read this and don't allow this company to rip you off. I did not want to give one star but I had to in order to write this review.

Don't ever ever purchase anything from Fashion Mia. They are a horrible "company." I ordered over $100 worth of clothing and ended up giving the clothes to my daughter's. Their size chart is based on Asian sizing, so XL was like a small. Plus, it took FOREVER to get the shipment. I contacted them twice through email about my order, and the response was in very broken English, which is how I found out the co. is based in China.

Learn from my mistakes. Don’t buy from it.

Return my money !!! You didn’t send me nothing!!

I placed an order on Jan. 25th, today is Feb. 17th. 23 days would seem enough time to fill an order. My payment cleared the same day but still no merchandise. I have tried to track my order and have e-mailed for support with no response. My order # is FMAX-5015. Will never again from your company!!!!

I ordered a dress for $35 after I lost 30 lbs to celebrate.Came in 4 weeks. Did not look anything like picture. Some cheap mockup. Different cut , material, and pattern. Very Ugly but similar. They said it was close enough but would give me $15 credit for their merchandise and it was more than that to send it back to China to get a partial real monetary credit. The back and forth made me sick .... I gave up. I close every online fashion add I see.. I wish I had checked out this site before I ordered. I feel any positive review is probably a scam. Don’t bother with their response... they only give you partial credit for more subpar merchandise....so frustrating. Just wanted to warn future unsuspecting customers....

The prices of Fashion Mia’s clothes can be quite surprising. I would buy around three items per month but I never feel like my wallet has been complaining. It’s a good feeling knowing you have affordable but pretty clothes.
