Review of Woolworths

Rated 5 out of 5 stars

Trustpilot can’t be trusted.

I’m sorry the other people posting here have problems with Woolies. My own experience has been absolutely wonderful. I use home delivery mainly as I find it convenient, trouble free and fast. The couple of times something has gone wrong there is always a courteous customer service agent on the phone to help me out. Usually with a fast refund. The delivery drivers are always helpful and very cheerful. I think in Sunny Bundy our woolies need to be recognised for their excellence.
Ps. As with most excellent, well known and large companies they don’t need the likes of scamming Trustpilot. Wish more companies would get the hint that a relationship with Trustpilot will be damaging to a companies reputation.

I’ve shopped at pofk for decades and have always experienced excellent service, gorgeous quality, prompt service and every package has arrived in excellent condition due to the excellent packaging. Nothing has ever been a problem for the staff and I’ve always had a fast response to enquires etc.

What I don’t understand is why PofK who are excellent need to use this scamming review site. They are in the company of Chinese scamming companies and so many other scammers that Trustpilot protects that it sullies PofKs reputation. An expensive way to ruin ones standing.

cant Trust Trustpilot.

I’m surprised to see so many negative reviews. I’m not sure what the problem is for the people posting however I have never had problems with my insulin and am happy to give them 5 stars. I use their novo rapid and always have good bgl control. The ease of use of the pen is also appreciated.

Why I came to this site is I’m having no end of trouble with Trustpilot and as they won’t let me post on their page I thought I might try elsewhere. This is the only Danish company I use. Anyway Love to hear how Danish people feel about this scamming review company and is anything happening to stop their awful business in Denmark? Seems like they really have an affinity for Chinese scam companies.

HEY TRUSTPILOT WHEN ARE YOU REINSTATING MY REVIEW?

HEY TRUSTPILOT. WHEN ARE YOU REINSTATING MY REVIEW?

Also why are you letting scammers advertise on your own review page. Check out all the adds re miss Angela etc etc. they are the ones where people are placing email account names in their profile name.

You guys just get slimier and slimier. You are the biggest scam of the lot. You let the scammers that pay you get away with murder, now let them advertise and do absolutely nothing for anyone of your unpaid workers otherwise known as reviewers that help you get away with your dirty scamming ways. How do your paid staff deal with their guilt?
You know that algorithms are useless in your business not that that concerns you because you aren’t in the business of reviews are you? You really just there to prop up scammers. Hope China doesn’t bomb you first with their ill gotten gains from all their scamming businesses you support.
REPLY
Hayley How do you hold up your head. Will you “lose” this review like my last one the one about trustpilot being like 1984 and the ministry of truth. Was that too close to the bone. No explanation just a 404 this page doesn’t exist! Will you remove this review like my reviews of a company you already verified me for. Will you still stop me for leaving reviews regarding Trustpilot. Just love to know how low you guys can go. Obviously we aren’t there yet cause you are still replying to me. Or is this just so you can keep deleting me? So Hayley how come you reply on the open site but your content integrity team never respond To my emails? What about the support team? They don’t do anything either except non answers or weasel words or ministry if truth speak. Oh that’s right they’re too busy. What happened to all the new staff being employed? Another lie? Reinstate my reviews and my ability to leave a review. And why have you now stopped keeping up negative reviews during investigation as you have stated before. Just more lies? Reinstate my reviews - everyday you take down more and more without any explanation! Open review site? Ha!

HEY TRUSTPILOT WHEN ARE YOU REINSTATING MY REVIEW.

HEY, CHECK OUT MY OTHER REVIEWS FOR THE SORRY SAGA OF TRUSTPILOT AND THEIR SCAMMING WAYS. THIS IS NOT AN HONEST REVIEW SITE. IT IS AN EXTORTION AND SCAM SUPPORT SITE!!!
When will you reply to my emails?
Hey Trustpilot when are you replacing my review. You know the one about the filthy Chinese clothing scammers. I’m verified for this company but you refuse to replace my review. So I take it your online reply was a lie like all of your statements. You know the one that said reviews being investigated will stay up!

Reply
Trevor. This has been going on for nearly 3 months. I’ve replied to every email sent to me. I’ve provided all the info required by you. I have been verified By you but you still refuse to replace my review. How about someone give a genuine reply and stop being a pack of lying cheats. Are you just trying to wear me down while you continue to support the scammers. When will you let me post again btw? PS the support link doesn’t work. No one responds. Stop lying.

CANT TRUST trustpilot

CANT TRUST trustpilot. I made a complaint about a scamming Chinese clothes company. We all know the ones.
Except Trustpilot. They protect these businesses with such diligence. The scam company queried my review and it was removed for a few weeks while I got all my evidence to prove I was a paying customer. Even able to send my refund notice from PayPal to trustpilot. I was verified. The scam company responded with lies and misinformation to try and undermine my review. I responded back. Trustpilot is again asking me to verify my involvement with the same company again. So my review will be off line for a few weeks or maybe forever if trustpilot can find a loop hole. The company’s ratings will be skewed again and trustpilot has once again protected the scammers. Well known scammers that cost consumers millions maybe billions of dollars etc.
KEEP PROTECTING THOSE SCAMMERS TRUSTPILOT.
Hayley,
More weasel words.
Sorry trust has been broken. I really have no faith in your company. Your reputation is slowly eroding in spite of your very concerted efforts to hide all the negative reviews both on this site and others. Your algorithms don’t work, they can’t work because the scammers have already outwitted your company. Tell me why I have to keep proving my legitimate experience but you have never responded to my complaint about false reviews. You respond quickly to the scammers but ignore my concern. Not once have you genuinely responded to my complaints to content integrity team regarding false reviews.

CHECK OTHER REVIEW SITES BESIDES TRUSTPILOT.

Trustpilot is a money making scheme that is only interested in protecting their highest paying BUSINESS customers. Not interested in protecting your consumer rights. Lots of scam businesses on this site that the Trustpilot team protects very diligently. Lot of nefarious goings on too.

These companies are able to scrape some legitimacy from the trustpilot’s protection even though they are well know scammers. Trustpilot just looks pitiful and slimy when the rest of the world knows these companies are scams.

This review will be lost very quickly as one of the techniques they use is the send out requests to the people registered with Trustpilot. So swamp the site and push down poor reviews.
PLEASE CHECK OTHER REVIEW SITES BEFORE MAKING A DECISION ABOUT SPENDING YOUR MONEY IS ALL I SUGGEST.

REPLY.
Weasel words Trustpilot. I have used your site for a month now. I can list all the corrupt ways you manipulate your site and how your scamming buddies do too. God such liars. Do you want me to start listing them all? You haven’t answered any of my requests to clarify your business practices. Just keep sending me links to worthless policy statements that don’t have any relevance to my queries. I know if I push too far you will ban me as you have lots of others consumers on your “open” community site when you have been exposed.
Liars liars liars.

Hello Marmy,

Thanks for getting in touch. I am sorry to hear you feel Trustpilot allows businesses to manipulate our platform, but would like to explain that under no circumstance does Trustpilot allow businesses to cheat or delete reviews. This would go against everything we stand for as a business, and simply is not possible.

As Trustpilot is an open review community, meaning anyone can review whether they have been invited by the company or not. This makes us different and special as a review community. This also means that we need to be sure that all reviews are genuine by giving businesses and consumers the option to report a review that does not seem compliant or genuine. You can read more about our reporting process here: https://support.trustpilot.com/hc/en-us/articles/207312237-What-happens-if-my-review-is-reported-

Businesses can not force us to delete reviews, and every review is held to the same standards and guidelines. No matter if a company is paying Trustpilot, or using us for free, the process is the same. We do not show favour to businesses as this would diminish the trust and transparency we have been building in the community for years, and this is the most important thing to us.

I hope this has helped to clarify how Trustpilot works, and reassures you Trustpilot is here to protect the community.

Thanks for getting in touch, drop me a line on support@trustpilot.com if you have any questions.

Kind regards,

Hayley

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM

SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM SCAM
Another Chinese scam business. Registers all around the world. When the authorities get too close they change their registration to another country. Fashionmia does not give legit contacts such as emails, phone numbers etc like legitimate companies. Can only contact thru their website on their terms. Take your money but don’t provide a legit product or any real customer service. If you get anything it is shoddy and not worth the money. They don’t have customer care they have customer BEWARE.

ALSO SHAME ON TRUSTPILOT FOR ALLOWING THESE CRIMINALS TO CONTINUE TO USE THEIR SITE. TRUSTPILOT HAS A BIG PROBLEM AS THERE ARE MANY OF THESE SCAM COMPANIES ON THIS SITE AND THE SCAMMERS KEEP SCAMMING.
PS Fashionmia and Trustpilot I can verify my purchase and document my horrible experience.

YOUR REVIEW DOESNT COUNT. TRUSTPILOT SUPPORTS SCAMMERS

I thought this was a genuine site but I now see its only for supporting big business whether they are legit or not.

Trustpilot takes down negative reviews of scamming companies and leave all the 5 star reviews that the company manipulates such as thru brushing or only offering a refund if a 5 star review is left. These manipulations aren’t captured by the new “transparency” policies in Trustpilot. This then means that the scammers keep scamming cause they have 5 star reviews on trust pilot.

They also allow companies to remove negative reviews en masse but consumers can’t query more than 1 review at a time. This takes away hundreds of negative reviews in one go. Most don’t get reinstated because people can’t be bothered to provide all the documents needed or a fearful of reprisals etc. When I queried this I got weasel words from Trustpilot.

There is only an ability to give thumbs up and not a thumbs down on reviews.

Trustpilot is not supporting consumers but are supporting scammers and criminals to continue to rip off consumers.

IN REPLY
Hi Hayley
You can’t be serious. 1stly you have misconstrued my complaint. I didn’t say that the scammers are cheating your site. They are brushing. So how does Trustpilot deal with that form of manipulation? You can’t.

They are buying positive reviews. How do you deal with that? You can’t.

They offer refunds for positive reviews. Some of the reviews on your site even admit to that. How do you manage that? You can’t.

The companies can’t take down negative reviews but they certainly get you to do it and then because people can’t be bothered responding to Trustpilots request or can’t, those reviews are permanently gone. Genuine reviews. Lots of complaints about that against Trustpilot. However Consumers don’t have an equal playing field.

Your algorithms are skewed and the scammers are able to manipulate your site and while you deny that it’s happening and continue your current practices, its consumers who pay the price. I’ve written to your content integrity team and others in your company with my questions.
