Fashionmia 

I was surprised to not be able to access Fashionmia.com and started to look around and found Trustpilot and a whole other sites with awful reviews of FashionMia. I don't know if I'm the only one who's had a good experience with FashionMia, but I did. And not just once, but with 4 orders over the course of about two years from 2017 to 2019. Sure, sometimes it would take very long to get an order, but in the end, they always came through. Below are the orders.
B2049063 I wasn't familiar with the sizes so nothing fit. I returned the 4 items and got the credit.
B2358637 I had originally ordered 2 dresses that were out of stock and were replaced by a pair of earrings,a bracelet, a dress and a blouse.
B2431173 5 dresses
B2485830 3 dresses, one was out of stock so I received 2 and then the third one.
I had to write because just as others had a bad experience and shared the information, I wanted to share the fact that my experience with FashionMia had be been quite the opposite. I get a lot of compliments on my dresses.

I paid for order over $80.00 and i never got a single item. I informed them about it. They promised a refund but it never happened. The bank doesn't want to accept dispute because there are so many disputes from Fashion Mia.

I spent $300+ on multiple outfits. They came weirdly stitched and way too small. I couldn't even get my foot past the calf area on one of the leggings. Even though I sent my body measurements as required. 7 emails later, (1 with photos) they will not respond to my requests for refund. They also will not respond on their FB page. Stay away! I found better customer service and options from Amazon sellers.

I purchased a dress for a once in a lifetime family reunion and when it arrived was horrified at the bad quality of the product overall, the fact that it appeared to have been sewn in a hurry - as well as how incredibly small it was - even though I'd purchased it two sizes larger than I usually wear.

I immediately returned the item but it then took approximately TWELVE MONTHS for me to get my money back.

I did receive a number of very polite but incredibly ineffectual emails during that period but I was never offered anything to appease my frustrations - apart from the constant "sincerely sorry for the inconvenience".

I would suggest that this company sorts itself out if it wants to be successful competitor in an international market.

I will never buy anything from this company again - no matter how attractive their products may appear in their marketing material.

I was struggling with my order that I made in 10th June . Got e-mail about the shipping details in 11th of July but order was nowhere. I called 315-519-4181
to know my order status and they told me it will be deliver within a week time ... hope for best

The customer service is poor. they will send you tracking numbers that doesn't work to locate your package. yes the merchandise is cheap and poorly made. When you try to reach out by email to tell them your complaint sometimes you get a response and sometimes you don't. If you get one they will tell you to wait your package will arrive and mine didn't. You willl not get a refund back from these people. Any company that will not stand behind their products do not need to be selling at all. My advice is to STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. ORDER FROM AMAZON OR ANOTHER TRUSTED COMPANY.

Never buy from this company! Last year I bought over $130 in clothing and what they sent me wasn't what was in the pictures. One item was out of stock and they never returned my money. When I told them i want to send everything back they said they can't give any refunds due to financial reasons. Our conversation went on for over a year. Then they asked me to pay a fee for resending the items to me. I paid that. In the end they did nothing. They led me on and I wasted so much time with this company. They cheat a lot of people and their stuff is crap. Don't buy from them if you are smart! They care nothing about their clients and have poor business practices. Read other reviews online on other sites and you will see that they have cheated thousands of people.

These people are dogs. They took my money and i did not get the order . I order 2 dresses only got one. The one came from hong cong no English could not under what it said on small piece of paper that came with one dress that was so small... they would not answer the phone. Will not take emails at all that was 4/8/2019 never order any thing off the internet until you check reviews first. This is what they owe me 35.59 plus 1.06 plus 35.59 plus 1.06. I've been a customer before of Fashionmia and I never encountered any delay of order or damages of my item..The dressses are cool and fit to me comfortable and I really really like it.I will order again from Fashionmia 😊

I found this maxi dress and definitely bought it. This is so incredible and super versatile. The fabric moved beautifully and I wore this dress in a very special occasion. I knew that I'd have the best time creating various looks with it. I appreciated that it was delivered earlier than expected time and will recommend this to my friends as well.

Time of delivery too long. Quality of product poor and not according to the nice pictures.
Thank god I only ordered a very cheap product, I will not try to give it back and take the risk loosing the money. I do not want to have contact with this Company any more.
On June 8th I got a message that the product was shipped out. I got it on June 18th! "Funny": On June 7th I got a request to evaluate the product. 24 hours time was given for that. What a bad trick.

BEWARE!!!!! This company is the same one which also operates as Onlyyo, both websites look amazing but the quality of the clothing you receive is not worth a dollar let alone the money they charge. They claim to offer refund or exhange but will not accept returns via any reputable service such as FedEx, DHL as obviously dont want you to send it back as they have no intention refunding your money. Dont waste more money sending the items back, take the loss and warn others not to order from them

I have been waiting for over 6 months for a $26.90 refund. They give a phone number but no one ever returns a call. They will communicate with you and then won't do what they say and sometimes the email address does not work at all. They are not a reputable company.

I have ordered from Fashionmia several times. At first the items were of ok quality and that's really all I expected due to the prices. Recently it's been a bad experience and I cannot reach them for my refund. I must say on their behalf that they have either refunded my orders that were botched or the clothes were absolutely not as described on the website. The order numbers are below, one of the blouses I received which was nice the other blouse was cancelled because it was no longer available but never received the refund that was promised. I still have yet to receive the third top, and one top was torn badly on each side when I opened the package. I didn't return because it would cost to much in shipping charges, and I am just fed up with the quality of some of their items. It's truly a hit or miss with them. I purchase a dress that clearly was not the same dress as shown on the site. I have listed the order numbers below and ask that they PLEASE speed up the refunds I can't get out to the website due to some kind of lawsuit going on; the order numbers are:  B2554687  #B2552449 please refund for the three tops purchased and one is torn and two never received. Clothes NOTHING like what you see online. I finally received some of the items I ordered, I have returned the first delivery, sending the second delivery back today. Having problems getting to the site, something about a lawsuit (COUNTERFEIT TECHNOLOGY is what is says online) comes up so I am really skeptical about them now. I expect a FULL REFUND for the items I ordered and returned. Bottom Line- DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!! I am unable to contact them and they have already received the first part of my order via return. WHAT IS GOING ON????!!!!!!

Fashion Mia is BAD BAD. I ordered a dress took over 2 months to get it. I ordered another one just days after I ordered the first. When the first one arrived it was way to small and the materiel was like paper. Was horrible. They would not answer my emails or return phone calls to get a return address. So I sent it to the address on the envelope. It came back. Mean while the other dress came. I refused it and sent it back. Never heard from them been 3 months now, or was my money refunded. They kept the dress and stole my money. Fashion Mia you suck!!!!!

I love shopping and supporting fashionmia. Their dresses are amazing, unique and whenever I wear them, I always get compliments. I am continually amazed at the level of professionalism of the designs. I am so glad I came across your business. So so happy
