Stay away

Bought shoes pre-paid for a discount, moved away from Germany before they were sent, so I cancelled on the phone (after spending 2 hours in the queue). Got the cancellation confirmation, but never got the money back. Gonna keep trying, but little hope.

The same story here, STAY AWAY

The same story here. I order some quick draws and carabiners (items used in climbing) and they sent one of each type (I paid 4 of one type and 5 of another type) they didn't send any of the carabiner.
I keep sending email but the reply is something I cannot understand nor anyone here.
I even have recorded the opening of the box showing that I am telling the truth
After 3 months no money back.

DON'T MAKE SAME MISTAKE

Order EU-00120508

Ordered Dolomite hiking shoes about a month ago, supposed to be in stock and with few days shipping. Month later never got the shoes, company doesn't reply to any emails, phone calls or request to call back from their own system.

Thought that could trust German shop but after short Google searched it seems lot of people have problems. Haven't received any product or my money back. Will contact Visa next for fraud.

This 3rd post is to inform Exxposed…

This 3rd post is to inform Exxposed that I am now going to contact Amazon Pay and my Bank to get the refund back. They are a real useless bunch as they have a telephone number and no one answers when you call them. I have told them that I am not paying for the return postage as its their fault for sending me a pair of shoes that was not new! I suggested to them to send me the return postage label and to which I still have no reply!
Reading from the lastest complaint from a customer from the UK , they had problem returning the product and some have even complaint that even after returning they didn't get their refund!. This is the end of my patience with this miserable company!

I have sent 2 e-mails and have tried to phone them numerous time and no one is picking up the call!

The Tenaya TANTA shoe which was sent me is not New. It has been won by someone else and I have also attached the pictures showing condition of the shoes to the company! I ordered this as a Christmas gift for a 10 year old girl and now I am unable to give it as a gift as I am unable to reach them through e-mail and phone TO SORT OUT THIS PROBLEM!

As this shoe is not new , I am not prepaid to pay return postage and if you do not arrange collection & replacement at your own cost , I will request charge back from my credit card company AND WILL MAKE A COMPLAIN TO AMAZON PAY!

No customer service

I have tried to return and item, confirming their return address with them as the instructions for returning from the UK were so vague. They have rejected the return at customs despite my following their instructions and paying for the return. They only respond on Facebook messenger and even then just tell me they have asked someone to respond, which they don't. I have now initiated a refund via Amazon Pay. They should stop shipping to the UK, they have no way to manage returns and refunds outside Germany. I am so disappointed.

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Much like many others, I never got my coat I ordered due to unpaid taxes (which were not advertised clearly on the website). I asked for a refund. The company agreed and confirmed they had received my coat back into their warehouse.

Have I got my refund? Of course not. Thieving company have told me they will process it but they continue to not. Its a shocker they are allowed to continue trading at all. I'm picking it up with European trading standards. Over 6 months has passed since they confirmed they had the product back in their warehouse and they still have my money.

Dreadful customer service

Reading other reviews sounds like Exxposed have a regular M O. Returned item asking for a larger size they claimed not to have the larger size in stock despite it being advertised as in stock on their website. No refund, no response to emails, luckily PayPal covered. WILL NOT BE USING EXXPOSED AGAIN

Do not buy from this shop

In March I had bought a new rain jacket. Unfortunately it didn't fit, so I sent it back. After I while I checked and the refund still wasn't there. So I contacted them. No reply via several emails until this date several months.
There is a contact support number, but I always disconnects.

Luckily I paid through PayPal and their protection has now taken over this case.

Do not buy from this shop unless you are 100% sure you'll not need to refund.

NO customer service Buyer Beware or avoid!

Non-existent customer service. They don’t respond to emails.
I am still waiting for a refund for my order UK-00144132 which they received on 01/08/2023. I have proof of delivery. I had to pay the postage because I don’t live in Germany.
They have never replied to any of the emails that I have sent them and their live chat doesn’t work.
I reordered the item in my correct size which I did receive quickly. This was good .
I would not recommend buying from these people even though their prices are very good and their items are genuine. Buyer Beware!

Great deal on knee pads a bit slow to arrive!

My son recently wanted to buy some knee pads for his mountain biking and online they are all very expensive but eventually we found exxposed and they were the only website that was selling them at good prices (we bought the race face roam knee pads reduced from 140€ to 50€)So after we bought them we checked out some reviews on trustpilot and they were all shockingly bad we had thought we had just given some German scammers 50€ but two weeks later we got them (shipping to Ireland) I think all the bad reviews is just people in England having to pay extra tax because of Brexit so if you're shipping to England beware! But know he's got the knee pads and he's thrilled! Only thing bad I can say about them is took a bit long for the product to arrive (2 weeks)So if you live in the EU I totally recommend this website they have amazing deals on all things outdoorsy. Will buy from them again!

THEIVES!!!

THEIVES!!!! Email from them on 2nd June confirming my returned boots HAS been received in their warehouse NO REFUND! Initiated a dispute with Paypal, and it's been ongoing, finally got a response from the company today 31st July saying they haven't received the return, but as its been 20 days since I lodged the Paypal dispute I now cant escalate it and Paypal has closed it down They obviously waited until the 20th day as they obviously know Paypal terms!! THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Absolutely terrible service - DO NOT USE

Absolutely terrible service. Bought a mountain biking helmet - payment taken immediately. No email. No responses to my 4 emails asking where it is after 4 weeks. Spent 2 hours waiting on the phone to speak to customer services costing me another £20 in phone charges from the UK. Still no idea where my item is. If you are in the UK - DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

Zero customer support

Product arrived quickly and was fine initially, but now there is a fault with the product (no fault of Exxpozed) and I need to make a warrantee claim they are not responding to emails and it's impossible to call by telephone as their line just goes dead.
