DO NOT USE THEM

I had previously trusted trust pilot reviews. But having read the reviews for Right Legal I am in doubt to large majority of them being fake.

I can only ditto what ever other negative reviewer has said. The company are HORRIFIC. Do not use them under any circumstances. Using them will lead to large amounts of pain and regret. Having just switched to another solicitor we are left unclear as to whether they are intentional con artists or just utterly lazy/inept/unqualified. Who knows. Just dont go there.

Review of Victorian Plumbing

Where is my order? Communication failure

I have used Victorian Plumbing in the past and always been happy, however this week I have realised why trades people have been advising me against using them.

I placed an order for floor tiles on Wednesday and paid for next day delivery as we have a tiler on site, who would be ready to begin tiling our hallway (as part of a complete home renovation) on the Monday. We are moving in in just over a week.

However, Thursday I get an email saying unfortunately the next delivery didn't happen and our delivery has been scheduled for the following day.

The following day I get a message at 8:52pm saying exactly the same thing as the day before.

Then guess what, yesterday at 8pm ish I get the same again.

I did spend a good half hour attempting to get more information from Victorian Plumbing via their live chat yesterday. Whilst apologetic they refused to give any information AT ALL when my order would come. It's completely open ended.

I asked why they couldnt get more information and the lady said it was against health and safety to enter the warehouse!! Beyond ridiculous! Obviously no other communication channels available between warehouse and store at Victorian Plumbing.

I'm left highly frustrated. I have an annoyed tiler who doesn't know how to plan his week. High probability of us missing our window with him and he'll be on another job. Meanwhile we'll have to move into our house with our kids with no flooring.

Now I understand why people in the trade advise against using this company as they cannot be relied upon. A toy town company.

Fraudulent company

Fraudulent company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Much like many others, I never got my coat I ordered due to unpaid taxes (which were not advertised clearly on the website). I asked for a refund. The company agreed and confirmed they had received my coat back into their warehouse.

Have I got my refund? Of course not. Thieving company have told me they will process it but they continue to not. Its a shocker they are allowed to continue trading at all. I'm picking it up with European trading standards. Over 6 months has passed since they confirmed they had the product back in their warehouse and they still have my money.

Terrible terrible company - AVOID

Terrible terrible company. Do not use. After waiting for several months for my order I found out my item was stuck in customs awaiting me to pay hundreds of pounds of custom duties (this was not made clear on the website).

Because of the above I was forced to cancel the item and request a refund. They confirmed by email that they had received the item back to their warehouse (this was in June) but still to this day I am yet to receive my refund. Countless emails and nothing back from Exxpozed.

eXXposed surely this is what you need to be replying about and actioning?

Do not buy from them if you live in UK

Terrible company to deal with - if you are not based in germany DO NOT BUY FROM THEM! I've been completely ripped off by not noticing the small print - the fact that I would have to pay custom taxes directly to HMRC in order to receive my product that I ordered. The customer service is terrible and 2 months later I neither have my order nor a refund. They feel this is entirely not their fault and something I should have been aware of - despite the website saying 'free shipping' on the order page there is a tiny bit of text that says 'customs taxes apply'. So easily missed and no additional information given. I had never experienced this before and hence was not on the look out for it.

Terrible customer service. Buy elsewhere

Bought a hob from My Appliances. After installation it appeared to be faulty as it did not produce any heat. Customer service has been absolutely appalling. I would strongly not recommend buying anything from this company. A faulty product can I'm sure happen but how it's handled is then what's important. 11 weeks on, with more emails and phone calls than I can count, I am still without a working hob and have finally conceded to just getting my money back so I can buy elsewhere. They made zero effort to put the situation right. Avoid like the plague. There are so many better companies to buy from.
