THEIVES!!!! Email from them on 2nd June confirming my returned boots HAS been received in their warehouse NO REFUND! Initiated a dispute with Paypal, and it's been ongoing, finally got a response from the company today 31st July saying they haven't received the return, but as its been 20 days since I lodged the Paypal dispute I now cant escalate it and Paypal has closed it down They obviously waited until the 20th day as they obviously know Paypal terms!! THIS COMPANY IS A TOTAL SCAM AVOID AVOID AVOID AVOID

Maria was fantastic. The problem was resolved quickly with no further issues.
She is a credit to your company and I think you should give her a week long all inclusive paid holiday to euro Disney for it. 👍

Recently received my transporter from Swiss Vans. Although the wait time was 18 months (no fault of Swiss vans) the customer service I received during this period was great. Ashley Westcott, who was looking after me, was fantastic. Always kept me in the loop and answered all of my pestering emails throughout the whole thing. Will use them again in the future.

Tony was fantastic and sorted me out without any hassle at all in a very friendly and helpful manner. He is a credit to homeprotect and deserves an all expenses paid weekend away on the company. Barcelona or somewhere like that 👍

The engineer Lee Ogden was fantastic. He kept me informed as to when he was going to arrive and was bang on time. The job was done quick and neatly. 10/10
