This 3rd post is to inform Exxposed that I am now going to contact Amazon Pay and my Bank to get the refund back. They are a real useless bunch as they have a telephone number and no one answers when you call them. I have told them that I am not paying for the return postage as its their fault for sending me a pair of shoes that was not new! I suggested to them to send me the return postage label and to which I still have no reply!
Reading from the lastest complaint from a customer from the UK , they had problem returning the product and some have even complaint that even after returning they didn't get their refund!. This is the end of my patience with this miserable company!

I have sent 2 e-mails and have tried to phone them numerous time and no one is picking up the call!
The Tenaya TANTA shoe which was sent me is not New. It has been won by someone else and I have also attached the pictures showing condition of the shoes to the company! I ordered this as a Christmas gift for a 10 year old girl and now I am unable to give it as a gift as I am unable to reach them through e-mail and phone TO SORT OUT THIS PROBLEM!
As this shoe is not new , I am not prepaid to pay return postage and if you do not arrange collection & replacement at your own cost , I will request charge back from my credit card company AND WILL MAKE A COMPLAIN TO AMAZON PAY!
