Carpet Clean Live to avoid

Resolve Ja and Carpet Clean Live, two sisters companies, same thing. They promise things but don't deliver.

I have a ruined carpet at home after "cleaning", they said they would fix the problem, never happened. 10 messages later, no answer.

Cettire doesnt provide warranty.

I received a pair of shoes mislabeled (smaller than the size), I contacted Cettire for a warranty claim, 3 weeks after purchase (Christmas time), they declined it and stopped replying to my email. Never again with this company I will purchase.

Unreasonable Return Policy & Slow Customer Service

Cettire refused my return because I was outside their very short 14-day return window, even though the issue was a warranty claim for a mislabelled product.

To make matters worse, their customer service takes around 10 days to respond to each message, making the process frustrating and inefficient. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend shopping with them.

⚠️ Beware of Cettire – Worst Customer Service Experience Ever!

I ordered a pair of shoes from Cettire.com, which turned out to be mislabelled and smaller than the advertised size. Since they were a Christmas gift, they were opened after the holiday, slightly exceeding Cettire’s ridiculously short 14-day return policy.

When I contacted their customer service for a warranty claim, I was met with endless back-and-forth emails over four weeks, with requests for more photos and details every few days. After jumping through all their hoops, they refused to accept the return, simply citing the expired return window, completely ignoring the fact that this was UGG's mistake, not mine.

If you value your time and money, avoid Cettire at all costs. Their lack of accountability and terrible customer support make it one of the worst online shopping experiences I’ve ever had. Never again!

Inexcusable Service and Customer Care

I booked a car with Hertz for 5:30 PM and even called the day before to confirm everything was in order. Despite this, I arrived at Geneva Airport at 6:10 PM to find their French-side office closed.

No one informed me of their 6 PM closing time during my call, nor did they ask for my flight number to anticipate potential delays. This is basic professionalism that was completely lacking.

To make matters worse, customer service showed no interest in addressing the issue or compensating for the inconvenience. Left stranded, I had to rent a car from another company at a much higher price.

Absolutely unacceptable service and lack of accountability.

Unreliable Service and Poor Communication

I had a terrible experience with Hertz. On December 18th, I called their agency to confirm my reservation for December 19th. The person assured me everything was confirmed in their system, and there would be no issues.

However, when I arrived at Geneva Airport on December 19th at 6:10 PM, I discovered the Hertz agency on the French side was closed. It was the only rental agency closed at that time, on a Thursday during the peak holiday season. This was shocking, especially since I had taken the extra step of calling the day before to double-check.

We were left stranded without a car, which caused significant inconvenience. Thankfully, Europcar’s staff showed empathy and managed to provide us with a vehicle, but at a much higher cost than my original Hertz booking.

This level of unreliability and lack of communication is unacceptable. I expected far better from a company like Hertz.

I strongly recommend anyone considering Hertz to think twice.

Like in the movie « meet the fockers »

This is typically zurich style, they made me check in my carry on luggage at the gate (a standard size carry one), just because it’s 1kg overweight, while the flight is half empty. All the compartments above our heads were empty. This is ao stylid, rules come first in zurich, no need to use your brain, they could all be replaced by robots. Pathetic.

Topeal disapointment, 2 items broke.

Bought 3 items from Topeak, 2 of them already broke after couple of months of very normal use. Topeak has no direct customer service, it all goes through the third party distributor. Pricey product, bad quality, no after sale support, won't buy Topeak again.

Fox used to be a good brand with…

Fox used to be a good brand with quality products but it's not the case anymore. Some gloves I have, 15 years old, are holding better thant the new ones purchased last year, knee pads look like rubbish after 1.5 year, same with chest protection and so on.

I really gave a second and a third chances to their products but it's not worth the money anymore. The brand lost itself into high margin products with poor manufacturing quality.

RED FLAG

RED FLAG - 2.5 months later, no warranty, no answer.

This website is a scam, they sell cheaper but there is no warranty on their products despite the fact they advertise otherwise.

It's been 2.5 months I notififed 365rider about a defect on a pair of shoes, they replied once and said that the shoes will be collected but it never happened. My next 10 emails remained unanswered.

Worst experience

Worst experience.

They don't provide warranty from products your purchase with them. On trustpilot, other people reported the same problem. Then when you have a problem, 365rider stops replying to warranty claim and emails. Will never buy again from that website.

Would never buy again from Fizik.

Would never buy again from Fizik.

I was a loyal client for 10 years. Lately I bought a pair of defective shoes, Fizik doesn't provide warranty and don't even care because it's been bought from a retailer and not from them directly.

This would never happen with Rapha, Wahoo, MAAP, Pas Normal.

This website is a scam

This website is a scam, they don't provide warranty and it is not disclosed when you purchase.

I bought a pair of high end road bike shoes, unfortunately they came with a defect. 365rider never answered to the warranty request.

I sent 10 emails and tried to call them, nothing.

I would stay away from this website.

Schneider Electric has been very reactive and helpful with a technical problem on a battery (UPS unit). They diagnosed the problem very fast and sent me a replacement battery in less than a week. Marius provided an excellent support, I would definitelly buy again.
