Nicht mal diese ominöse „Ihr Paket ist zurück gegangen“ Nachricht wovon hier berichtet wird. Auch auf Aufforderung mein Geld zurück zusenden kam keine Reaktion - immer wieder die selbe Masche wie man liest, leider war ich so blöd und habe erst im Nachhinein hier bei Trustpilot geschaut, nun heißt es andere warnen, damit Ihnen nicht das gleiche passiert!
Bevor ihr überlegt hier zu kaufen, lasst es! Das Geld ist wo anders besser aufgehoben. Ihr bekommt hier außer Betrug NICHTS!

Products are really good and smell amazing, if you can handle the really poor customer service. My first order took 4 weeks, and I did not get the products in time for my hair Appointment or Holiday, as the products were good, I thought I would try them again.

I did not get a response to my email apologising for the delay; however, the same day, I received a shipping notification, so eight weeks later, they had not even posted it. (Confirmed on the sticker on the parcel - shipped date:23/08/2025- which is even more annoying as 5 days shipping if they remember to post the product)

I am torn. The products are good, but being ADHD with a bad memory, dealing with this company could leave me out of pocket. The products are not cheap—actually, they are double the price of my dye—but I like them as they are conditioners.

Looking at the other reviews on here, it looks like they have used every excuse in the book, including moving location. I was even told one of the employees was attacked, hence the move.

Such a shame there is no system in place for shipping, as the business will lose a lot of business due to poor customer service.

When I order crazy colours, there is always a holiday/hair appointment booked, and if these products cannot arrive within two months without chasing, it is shocking.

Stylist of 16 yrs. Vivid specialist. Do not recommend.
I had originally gone to this company as a professional stylist to ask about stylist kits or samples to see if I wanted to use this color line or recommend it to my clients.
It took a while to receive a response to my email however I assumed it was just the business being busy. Nothings have a red flag. I was offered a free kit and was able to pick products to try. Within a few days my shop app said it was ready to ship. (November 22, 2024)
2/19/25- politely sent and email asking about an update on order.
2/28/25-response email. Told product shipping in 2-3 days “rest assured order will be on its way soon” and they apologized for “poor customer service I have experience” claimed issued came from “warehouse move”
3/13/25- I politely ask for another update on order.
3/17/25- told “your order will ship tomorrow and rest assured the order is on the way.”
3/20/25- I ask yet again about an update.
4/2/25- I report and write complaint on SHOP app.
4/3/25- Now told they are facing “understock issues and have made the decision to hold off sending free samples” “Hope to revisit the opportunity in May”
“Additionally we have received a complaint issued by you from our web host provider. Please note that issuing complaints for sample kits is not considered good practice, as providing free products is a gesture of goodwill rather than an obligation”
Good practice would be good customer service. If do not appreciate the offset of responsibility on me as a consumer when I showed patience and understanding the whole time. Almost 5 months of the run around and excuses made with then trying to act as though they are doing me a favor.(I was fully willing to buy a Stylist kit…which is regular practice for hairstylists) How can I recommend a product I never get to use or one with poor customer service.
I’ve been a stylist for 16 years and specialize in vivid hair color. I have never dealt with this kind of poor business.

Ordered PASTEL PEACHY ORANGE 200ml on 6. july, one month later 6. august after few unanswered emails I requested refund, 12. august another request of refund, 24. august I recieved email that my order was shipped. At this point unwanted item arrived start of september. The product in plastic jar was missing protective sealing (only a small bit was ripped on side) and had zero effect on neither blonde or white hair. Utter waist of time, energy and money.

Absolutely disappointed with this company's customer service. While their products might be good, their business practices are unacceptable. I've placed five orders with them - that is, four chances to improve after the first order (in which I had the same problems) - and my recent orders (#42349 and #42357) from February 13th and 15th are still "unfulfilled" after 7 business days with zero communication.
Their website falsely claims "We process orders within 1-2 business days + 3-10 day shipping time" - complete fiction! No tracking information, no shipping notifications, nothing. To make matters worse, my support requests (last sent 5 days ago) has been completely ignored, despite their empty promise to "reply to emails within 24 hours, in high season it might take up to 36 hours."
I understand small businesses face challenges, but there's no excuse for this level of disrespect toward customers. They take your money quickly enough but then leave you completely in the dark. The complete lack of transparency and communication is inexcusable.
Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere. A company that treats customers with such disregard doesn't deserve your business, regardless of product quality.
Update of March 4. Still no response. I have opened a dispute on PayPal. I'm curious to hear which of these reasons I'll receive this time for not getting any communication.
The previous ones for my orders were:
- the COVID
- supply shortages
- partner mistakes in labelling
- the Ucrainian conflict
- relocation of both warehouse and offices

Update for March 5th, the saga continues!
After opening a PayPal dispute to get a refund, guess who showed up? Someone apologizing and claiming that:
1 - There have been problems because they are "moving the warehouse" (really, as if this hasn't been happening since 2021 until now?)
2 - NEW ENTRY! There have been "problems with payments" (which is absolutely false, I paid correctly) and they will change the payment method because PayPal is not reliable. Certainly. So, those who buy won't even be able to get a refund as PayPal fortunately provides...

I have to agree it is a scam. I placed an order on the 9th of february, processing 2-3 days? On the 14th, I still didn't receive any information, so I sent them an e-mail, two working days later no answer. So I contacted them by e-mail and insta. (thinking insta would be 'faster'). I also asked for a refund through Paypal.
Paypal processed my request very fast, thank them for their service!
And suddenly I received an e-mail from Evilhair with 'your order will be shipped,.. 'excuses for the delay and poor customer service.. 'due to a sudden warehouse move'.. Sound familiar?
So don't buy from them!
Sadly this impacts my curiosity for trying out new products I see online..

BETRUG! Ich habe ein Produkt bestellt und auch bezahlt (vor über einem Monat, 9. Januar!) und bis heute noch nicht einmal eine Sendebestätigung erhalten, ganz zu schweigen vom Produkt selbst. Das ist Betrug. Leider kann ich da wohl gar nichts machen, denn ich erreiche noch nicht einmal den Support. Mehrfach angeschrieben, dann kommt eine Mail, dass sie meine Mail erhalten haben und sich bald jemand meldet, aber es meldet sich niemand. Lasst die Finger von diesem Store!

I love, love, love these products. I’m truly sad to read these reviews on here. It literally makes my heart sad bc I have been ordering from this company for years! They are amazing. These colors are so unique and you will not find them anywhere else. They smell wonderful, and the colors are lasting, and then fade to beautiful colors. I’ve been buying from this company from this company at least 5-6 years. I never had one issue until the last time I bought and that was I think in October 2024. I ordered and no tracking number, no information about the products, but I reached out and send a DM on Instagram and I had a reply within 24 hours. I asked them what was the issue and they explained it to me, and I didn’t want to wait bc I needed and wanted my products, but I DID and still DO understand things happen outside of our control at times, I felt like they were honest with me and they were. I did receive my products, like always just a bit longer than expected. It’s worth the wait I promise. Maybe if it was first experience I might have less forgiving, but I’m a long time customer, and I will never stop buying their products bc they are beautiful, and work better than any other brands. I’ve got people who stop me every where I go and ask about my hair. This has been going on for years and that’s pretty amazing when you think about it. I’ve been in the grocery store and someone stop and ask me and I pull out my phone and show them Evil Hair Instagram acct. I would never ever write a review like this if it wasn’t true. I trust reviews to buy products. All that said, I felt so moved to say my peace on here bc I stand by this company and their products for life. I’m so grateful for the people in my life, that didn’t abandon me when something went wrong, and I feel strongly about that. If you’re experience with them was negative I get the frustration, but I know there are things outside my control at times and Evil Hair has always made right any time something was wrong on their part with me. I’m no one special to this company, I don’t know them personally at all , but my experience for years has been always top notch. Please understand things happen! Their products are the best and that’s a fact in my opinion.

Sehr unseriös- Finger weg!
Bezahlt aber keine Ware bekommen. Nachdem ich monatelang gar keine Antwort bekam, teilte man mir mit, dass das Paket zurück gegangen sei, da ich es nicht abgeholt hätte. Wo, weiß ich nicht, denn ich hatte weder eine Sendungsverfolgung, noch eine Ahnung, wo ein Paket lag. Das weiß ich auch bis heute nicht. Ich sollte erneut Versandkosten zahlen und hab dagegen Einspruch erhoben. Nun bekomme ich gar keine Antwort mehr. Das Geld- fast 50€- ist weg. Ich kann nur sagen: Finger weg!

3 weeks later, no tracking info, no response to polite emails, nothing. Talk about take the money and run!

Order placed 12 06 2024. Shipping information not received, tracking not received. Tried to contact them via on line chat on the 1st of July (19 days after purchase) . After half day received a reply: "Your order is being processed and will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days, you will get a tracking number automatically sent to your email". Tracking number never received on my email. Same day I have contacted them on Facebook. Got the message back they are moving warehouse (which looks popular excuse for them as I can see how they replied same to other reviews). Also I was told: "I checked your order status, it's already been fullfuled. We also added a gift to your order to make it up to you for this bad experience". 16 days after these conversations I got my order (no gift in it). I honestly suggest avoid this company.. just causes so much trouble.

Awful experience
Awful experience. Ordered and waited 3 weeks before messaging customer service. I then got an email saying it was dispatched. Why the wait? Then when it arrived, I realised I must have ordered the wrong size, as the pot they sent was clearly for a mouse. Must have been from their new rodent range. Followed instructions to the letter and made ZERO different to my hair colour. Was trying to go from v light blonde to silver, should be easy. 45 minutes later, still blonde and my hair is disgustingly hard to brush. Thought it was meant to be a conditioner? Over £20 for this nightmare! AVOID.
