Awful experience

Awful experience. Ordered and waited 3 weeks before messaging customer service. I then got an email saying it was dispatched. Why the wait? Then when it arrived, I realised I must have ordered the wrong size, as the pot they sent was clearly for a mouse. Must have been from their new rodent range. Followed instructions to the letter and made ZERO different to my hair colour. Was trying to go from v light blonde to silver, should be easy. 45 minutes later, still blonde and my hair is disgustingly hard to brush. Thought it was meant to be a conditioner? Over £20 for this nightmare! AVOID.
