POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES

Well, what can I say !!

Products are really good and smell amazing, if you can handle the really poor customer service. My first order took 4 weeks, and I did not get the products in time for my hair Appointment or Holiday, as the products were good, I thought I would try them again.

Ordered: 30/06/2025
Emailed: 14/08/2025
I did not get a response to my email apologising for the delay; however, the same day, I received a shipping notification, so eight weeks later, they had not even posted it. (Confirmed on the sticker on the parcel - shipped date:23/08/2025- which is even more annoying as 5 days shipping if they remember to post the product)

I am torn. The products are good, but being ADHD with a bad memory, dealing with this company could leave me out of pocket. The products are not cheap—actually, they are double the price of my dye—but I like them as they are conditioners.
.
Looking at the other reviews on here, it looks like they have used every excuse in the book, including moving location. I was even told one of the employees was attacked, hence the move.
.
Such a shame there is no system in place for shipping, as the business will lose a lot of business due to poor customer service.
.
When I order crazy colours, there is always a holiday/hair appointment booked, and if these products cannot arrive within two months without chasing, it is shocking.

Did not receive products!

Ordered these products for a holiday, 6 weeks down the line and I received a mail to say there has been a sudden warehouse move and that I would receive a tracking number the next day, still nothing. Looking at these reviews I am wondering how many times that have moved the warehouse as this looks like an excuse unless they have moved twice in the last 12 months. Deeply disappointed as the product advertised looks good. £60.00 down on products for my holiday and need to source more!!

Do not use unless you want to owe more, I though IVA wrote some debt off to help not gets u in more debt.

I have been happy paying my payments for 2.5 years thinking I am chipping away at my debt, my debt is causing issue with me moving house for a new job (my dream job) so I called to see how much it would be to pay off and found out I need to pay £2.000 more than I owed in the first place, because some debt has been added that I did not know about that I am sure I don't owe, surely I should be notified if debt is being added and there fees are rediculous 😡 honestly never thought I would be two years in owing a lot more.
.
Currently seeking advice elsewhere.
