POOR CUSTOMER SERVICES
Well, what can I say !!

Products are really good and smell amazing, if you can handle the really poor customer service. My first order took 4 weeks, and I did not get the products in time for my hair Appointment or Holiday, as the products were good, I thought I would try them again.

I did not get a response to my email apologising for the delay; however, the same day, I received a shipping notification, so eight weeks later, they had not even posted it. (Confirmed on the sticker on the parcel - shipped date:23/08/2025- which is even more annoying as 5 days shipping if they remember to post the product)

I am torn. The products are good, but being ADHD with a bad memory, dealing with this company could leave me out of pocket. The products are not cheap—actually, they are double the price of my dye—but I like them as they are conditioners.

Looking at the other reviews on here, it looks like they have used every excuse in the book, including moving location. I was even told one of the employees was attacked, hence the move.

Such a shame there is no system in place for shipping, as the business will lose a lot of business due to poor customer service.

When I order crazy colours, there is always a holiday/hair appointment booked, and if these products cannot arrive within two months without chasing, it is shocking.
