I placed an order with Faccelove in early June during their “Buy 1, Get 1 Free” promotion for the IronEye™ Lengthening Mascara in Intense Black. Shipping took nearly two weeks, which I find excessive for a basic beauty item. Unfortunately, the mascara was a complete letdown. The texture is crumbly, it irritated my eyes, and it's extremely difficult to remove — even with both regular and waterproof eye makeup remover. It leaves behind a sticky, unpleasant residue.

I contacted customer service to request a partial refund for the unopened mascara. I never received any response. I’m disappointed by both the product and the total lack of customer care. This is not how you build customer loyalty.

Scam Chinese products!!! Do not buy!!!! With the Mascara my lashes fell out!!!

liars ! Claiming that you get your money back under conditions that the products are not opened so how the hell do I know if I’m able to use the product if I have an allergy or if I have some kind of reaction to the product without opening it after I had claimed that I had a reaction and an allergy to the product they said they will not return my money no matter what this is illegal. I know my rights and this is already gone to PayPal legal department. I will be fighting this and make sure that this company closed his doors and never ever is allowed to sell any products to any Europeans

Incorrect information through marketing. I’m not sure where all of the vitamins come from, this crappy product comes from china and is full of chemicals. It also smears the under eye area.
