Customer service does not seem to…
Customer service does not seem to exist. They block your account on most random basis - I still have no idea why it happened and twice. Made a new account and made sure everything was right and made a purchase using their own payment system etc, by the book. Two days later blocked. Why?? Been sending help requests to customer service but for two weeks now I've only gotten "sorry we are busy".
Account auto-blocked
Like everyone else, I'm unable to create an account. I've encountered all of the problems others mentioned like not receiving the activation email / sms code and after lots of struggle my account gets instantly blocked when trying to log in for the first time.
Contacting support just results in an unhelpful "Our system has flagged your account to be blocked and there's nothing we're going to do about it".
Terrible support and awful website!
Horrible Company
Sent multiple emails about fraudulent activity, no response for weeks. This site used to be decent, now it’s a nightmare full of scams and zero support.
feel unsafe.
Its a weird web-page
Its a weird web-page! I never had a account and i cant make due to some reasons they dont wanna share!
And i would like to have a account with them to find and order parts clothing or what i would like to have! And maybe resell also stuff i dont need any more!
But you cant get true to them to active my account that i have never used in the first place!
They banned my account because I forgot…
They banned my account because I forgot my password and requested a new password. They refused to unlock my account. Then I tried opening a new account with another email and my German phone number and they banned it before I even log in. This is the worst thing I have ever seen in my life. I am not even going to try to retrieve it knowing that they will refuse again.
Account blocked for no apparent reason
Account blocked for no apparent reason, placed items erased without any warning or reason, poor costumer service.
One star rating after more then 7000 reviews.
Doesn't work anymore, website is very poorly programmed.
Account blocked for no reason, tried to create a new account, seems to work but don't get a verification email.
One star rating after 7000+ reviews.
Then you must be very bad and incompetent! :)

I used it ONCE to buy some earphones, the guy never sent them a keep my money it is scam, I sent the report to Kleinanzeige, but they have not refunded my money. Do NOT buy ANYTHING from this site.
Ebay Kleinanzeigen is a scammers heaven
Ebay Kleinanzeigen is scammers' heaven, you should never pay via PayPal friends/family because of a high percentage of being robbed, this happened to me, the customer support is terrible, NO help there.
Account locked
My account got locked for no good reason. They have an automatic system that clearly doesn't work. And no response when you try to contact them either. And I just struck a deal and the seller is waiting for me to pay, but I can't (and thus also no option to contact the seller about the problem). I don't know what kind of people work on this website, but they are clearly not qualified.

They block your account for no reason, and they do not even give you the chance to ask them what happened!
No One on the Platform Accepts Normal Customer-Protected Payment Methods
Recently, I tried to buy a smartphone worth around 150 euros on Kleinanzeigen. I contacted approximately 50 different sellers. All were willing to sell their phones to me at very good prices. The deals were great, but in every single case, there was this same problem: they were willing to sell online and ship the phone to me, but only if I paid via an insecure method such as PayPal Friends and Family or a simple bank transfer. They all refused to accept PayPal Goods and Services or Kleinanzeigen Sicher Bezahlen.
In one instance, as soon as the private seller realized I had sent the money via PayPal Goods and Services instead of Friends and Family, he refunded me—losing some money himself in the process.
In short, not a single seller agreed to use PayPal Goods and Services or Kleinanzeigen Sicher Bezahlen. I am amazed at the extent of this issue. It was simply enormous.
Out of 50 different sellers in Germany—most with at least 10 years of activity on the platform and the majority with top-notch ratings—not a single one was willing to sell their items using a secure payment method. Based on my experience, 100% were against such protections. In the end, I couldn’t buy the smartphone. I am just shocked.
Why is there a law and regulation in a country like Germany—where businesses are notorious for refusing to accept returns—that offers buyers protection for their online purchases, yet is so widely and strongly rejected by sellers?!
I am in awe and deeply shocked. I can hardly believe it. I used this platform in 2014 and 2015 when it was still owned by American eBay, and back then, this trend did not exist. According to official figures, scams on the platform have increased significantly since it fell into the hands of German management, and now there is this widespread unwillingness to accept secure payment methods by its users. I am both amazed and frustrated. I don’t even know what to say.
It seems that as the platform became more German and localized, more of the true spirit of being German crept into it. The safe payment methods are still available, but in practice, they are no longer used. Why it ended up like this, I think, is the greatest mystery yet to be solved.

They are very bad...they close your account for the most trivial reasons...it is a very bad company I don't recommend it
This site is full of scams
This site is full of scams! Avoid it at all costs! In addition, the business model of the Dutch parent company Online Payment Platform (OPP) is outrageous. I ordered something expensive on Kleinanzeigen.de and did not receive the goods due to an error by the seller. After a lot of hassling with the sluggish AI customer „service“, I was refunded the purchase price, BUT: the service costs (insurance "pay securely") and the shipping costs are brazenly withheld, although there was no misconduct on my part as the buyer. OPP writes (because they know that this behavior is borderline criminal): "In the event of a refund, the service fees will be withheld since you used the service." WTF? "THE service"? For all successful sales, these scammers also keep the fees for THE service. I will never pay for anything on Kleinanzeigen.de via this platform again. Only cash on collection. If at all. Kleinanzeigen.de seems to be just a cash cow for OPP owners.
This site is the worst site ever
This site is the worst site ever, they are screamer, they will take your money, the seller and the company or customer services all thieves , after I returned the parcel, which they received, I don't get my money back, thieves
I posted an adv for my filmmaking…
I posted an adv for my filmmaking business and paid for the promotion. After a few hours they removed my adv and didn't refund me. Then they sent me a full list of rules that I was supposed to know (why?), like full name, full address and many others). I complained and they gave me the allowance to put the adv again, but again they removed it! I explained that I do not wish to display my full address as it's exactly where I live! It's a small business mine, I don't have an office. I make videos for clients and just go to them, or where they want me to go. Why should I make my address public? They sent me again the automatic email they sent the very first time. It's just a waste of money! Instead of sending a million rules they should respect and fulfill the universal business rule: "When a company does not provide the service for which it was paid, it must compensate the customer who paid to receive that service". That's the basics of business.
