On going server that I've been paying for years suddenly went "our of stock"

So I've been paying for their server and one day I just needed to reinstall my OS but I was not able to do that. I contacted support and they send me a message that server all of the sudden is "out of stock" but I have paid for it and never stopped paying. Then they told me to order another server which is crazy. I simply cannot understand how the server that you paid for and never stopped paying goes "out of stock".

What I don't like about Wooting is that…

What I don't like about Wooting is that if you put your order on hold and you have items that are on backorder or low on stock, they will ship your products to someone else, and then you have to wait again. So I think it is unfair because I have been waiting a long time for my parts to be manufactured, and it is just unfortunate that I have to go on holiday when they would have been shipped, so I have had to postpone it, and now I have to wait again since they shipped the parts that I have been waiting for to someone else. Also, yes, they are the first to make such keyboards, but now there are a lot of other much cheaper options with just as good keyboards and software as Wooting.

Hi Rafael,

Thank you for leaving a review and sorry of you experienced a complication with your order, although, when looking at your order it seem to have been already shipped out after you released it, so I'm curious what your issue is, or what you think it might be...

But to clarify, your statement is not correct (or shouldn't be, but also we are not without mistakes), when your order, you order into a specific batch, and once a batch is fully sold, we move onto the next batch, if someone from batch 1 puts his/her order on hold, this is then NOT sent to someone from batch 2, so your order is actually held for you until you release it. This also works for products that ARE in stock, as the items are still placed in a certain batch with X amount of units, and when they are sold we move to the next batch, whether that is already in stock or then switches the item to becoming a pre-order.

We also have used this system by actively recommending people to do so through their hub account, for example when they needed to make an edit to their order but is was (almost) ready to ship, or to delay it a bit due to being unable to receive it in the expected timeframe on the receiver's end.

So in your case, I don't see any issue why you wouldn't have been able to put your order on hold to be able to release it at your convenience, but if something might have gone wrong with your order using this procedure, be sure to let us know.

Regarding your feedback on pricing, yes, there are cheaper options, we'll have to let the reviews speak for them to let people decide if they think they are better or also offer the same warranty as we do to back up their product.

They want you to pay double the price

They really don't need to specify what they are sending. They could simply use third-party courier services, and you would not need to pay customs twice the price for the product.

Now it's like they want you to go through customs to pay double the price for the product. They specify everything, that it is a tobacco product, it's price, how many cigars, etc.

From Switzerland, there is no "third-party courier service" which handles tobacco products- if there was, we would use them,

We declare the products according to Swiss law, if we do not adhere to Swiss law then we would lose our tobacco license.

We are, however, always looking out for the customer and wish to make it as hassle-free as possible, so watch this space!

False and horrible allegations against users

I posted an advertisement with my puppies and it got removed without any explanation. I did not broke any term and/or condition. When they removed my advertisement they published false allegations about me in my advertisement that my pets are suffering and that people who would buy my pets they would support "animal cruelty" as they said.I cannot call it anything else but left over racism against foreign people who try to find a new owner and home for animals. They do it in this kind of principle "I see you foreign - I'm call you a pet abuser". Shame.
