Total scam.
Ordered the bundle 4 weeks ago. Nothing. Emails come back undelivered and phone lines don’t work.
Don’t order.

Scam! It doesn't work and it's the product peeling of.

I did have a great experience with ordering and receiving in a decent time. I've been using the product for about a week now and have noticed that my skin has a pretty glow to it. I am prone to breakouts with certain products and have not had any issues in that department. I actually was complimented on how pretty and bright my skin looked by two different people about 2 days in. I will probably purchase again.

Sure, it makes your skin feel smooth, but my blackheads are worse than ever.

Scam. I ordered two bottles and never received them. They showed ‘delivered’ to some random address in Chicago. I sent multiple messages to the company with zero reply.

Received the wrong product as I can see many others have here. Contacted their customer service and was asked to return via the returns label that was not included in the package.

Customer service then sent a shipping label for a company not widely used in the UK. After three failed attempts to return I fed this back to the team, reiterating my intention to return the product, while also asking when I will be receiving my actual order or a refund.

For the last week, it has simply been delay tactics from their customer service, I've not received the products I ordered, and no refund.

I am now instigating a chargeback process to recover my funds. Order from this website at your own risk.

Haven't received my order. Ordered directly from site, no response by email. Took money and have attempted to take more money fraudulently.

I ordered directly from their website and I received exactly what I ordered and in a timely manner.

The url from the site I ordered is under Dexova, and it's part of Shopify, and order and payment were done through Shop services.

Unfortunately links aren't allowed in these reviews, but I suspect those that had a negative experience were led by a clone site, if that's the case, their financial institution should be able to help.
I hope this helps those that were scammed in some way.

These peels are a complete waste of time and money. The Company demands I mail products overseas....then only wants to give a 50% refund. Please save your money and time DONT purchase Dr Melaxin... it's a scam

Ordered $100 worth of products (3 items). They sent 1 item which was a cheap knockoff of what I actually ordered and want me to pay to send it back before processing a refund. And will not be refunding me the products that I never received. This company is a legitimate scam

I ordered (and paid, obviously) for three Dr Melaxin products, directly from their website (ironically, I thought I would avoid getting scammed). I recieved two products from KOEC? Similar product, rice exfoliant, but totally different brand. Speculating that the products are one and the same with a hefty price difference. They are demanding I pay to return the KOEC products (at my expense) before they will send the products I paid for. I have made my legal position very clear - they just keep saying some version of 'you have to return the products we mistakenly sent before we will send the real ones'. This company is a joke.

I placed my order on 8/11/25. They took the money on 8/12/25. It is now 9/29/25 and I have no product, and no one will reply to my email regarding the status of my order. I'm writing a review on every site that I can find not to order this product and also reporting the to BBB.

Please, please be careful, I paid for a full set of Dr. Melaxim products, they took my money immediately and confirmed purchase and shipping. No further notifications and was promised 24/48h delivery, the products never arrived, none of the emails connected to this works and all emails come back undelivered. After much research it is said the package was delivered to a secure porch which I don't have. No packages were delivered and no way to contact them at all. This is a total scam. I have now gone to my bank in the hope I may be able to get my money back, but who knows. Totally gutted.

I have given one star but I would rather not have given any.
This is a fraudulent company that will scam you.
The website is setup showing that they are based in London but they are from china.
You are unable to contact them either by mobile, email or their online chat line.
Do not spend any money as you will not receive your purchase.

You don’t get the product! It’s a scam. Customer service number constantly engaged. Tracking reports it has been delivered by Royal Mail but no picture which is interesting!

Total scam. Does nothing. Don't waste your money

It’s been a week when I ordered but it’s already 10 days I still didn’t get the product that I ordered. I filed a dispute on my credit card. It’s a terrible service.

I have an issue with getting the product delivered due to the fact that they did not pay for postage. The shipping notice said I needed to reach out to the sender, which I did…several weeks ago. The customer service agent told me they would look into the issue and get back to me. They never got back to me and never responded to my emails requesting an update or a refund. I ordered directly from their website. Total waste of money that I doubt I’ll get refunded.
