Haven't received my order. Ordered directly from site, no response by email. Took money and have attempted to take more money fraudulently.

Ordered an orange pair for 109.99 on 9th November. (Didn't open box as was a Christmas present) that were touch sensitive. Recieved a rose gold pair that are 89.99 with no touch sensitivity. Customer service is non existent and my 11 year old is now stuck with a pink pair of earphones that he won't use because they are pink!
