SCAM
SCAM - terrible product from CHina. So annoyed I got sucked in by this.
Total scam
Total scam . Product never arrived . Don’t buy . Wasted 100 dollars .
black rice peel…scam!
I received the black rice peel and it is awful!! The product pills up, it doesn’t absorb and feels awful, it is not exfoliating and I strongly doubt the ingredients they mention are even in the product. Don’t waste your money!!!
Totally bogus scam!!
Totally bogus scam!!! Do not order from confidita!! They are not a legit company!! I placed an order in August. $50 and still have not received anything!
Scam Website
Total scam. The website does not advertise that this is based in China. The product never arrived and they provide broken tracking links. I am disputing the charge through my credit card company. F#ck China!
I bought this item for my young kids…
I bought this item for my young kids but it is very hard to get it off. It irritated their sensetive skin and company has a return policy that will allow you to return it. I initiated it but since they said ok. They never write back. Bad company bad customer service
Highly dodgey scam- please read reviews…
Highly dodgey scam- please read reviews before giving them your money! Mine arrived and it is some cheap rubbish from China, reviews of people getting severely burnt, they won’t respond to my emails asking to return product for refund, lodging dispute with bank- this product has not passed the safety and regulatory tests required to be sold in Australia.
No Australian Approval: Confidita is not listed or sold in Australia, meaning it has not undergone the rigorous testing and approval process by the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA) that all primary sunscreens sold in Australia must complete.
Customer Reviews Are Not Australian Safety Standards:
TGA Approval is Crucial: The TGA ensures that all sunscreens sold in Australia meet high standards for safety, quality, and efficacy. Your sunscreen does not have TGA approval required to be sold in Australia.
DON’T GET SCAMMED LIKE ME
DON’T GET SCAMMED LIKE ME. I saw the Korean rice peel from Confidita on Facebook with realistic video testimonies and written reviews. The website looked legit. I ordered the rice peel kit. The tracking for the shipment was shady and I couldn’t get ahold of them to check on my order. The product eventually came a month later and it’s a cheap product from China. That’s when I saw everyone else’s experiences on here. I can’t believe it was a scam, it looks so real. I hope people learn from my experience. Do your research out there !
Look at Emily Davis on FB
Look at Emily Davis on FB, pretending to be a concerned mom worried about chemicals in sunscreen and then omg found the holy grail confidita sunscreen. 17 posts in 2 months. Her derm told her, her pharmacist told her, her kids daycare told her etc. just to rope parents in by sharing her link. Dodge AF
SCAM: BUYER BEWARE
Would give them a 0 if I could. I ordered the sunscreen following a recommendation on Facebook. I checked their website and it all looked legit.
I placed an order with Confidita, but the experience has been extremely disappointing. They claimed to have “dispatched” my items and provided tracking through 17track, which is not a courier service but a third-party tracking company. The tracking then stated that my order was delivered late on a Saturday night (nearly 11pm), which was suspicious.
I checked with our building security, and CCTV footage confirmed that no delivery attempt was made on either Saturday or Sunday. I emailed Confidita to inform them that I had not received my package and explained that we had verified this with security footage. Their only response was, “I am pleased to inform you that your package was delivered…”—which clearly ignored the facts I had provided.
Since then, I have followed up multiple times asking for an update, but I have received no response. Poor communication and refusal to address the issue make this an unacceptable experience.
REPORT TO THE ACCC!! BE AWARE!!
REPORT TO THE ACCC!! BE AWARE!!! Would give 0 stars if I could. Placed an order on 17/09 after reading rave reviews in a trusted fb group. Purchased two tubes and never received a confirmation email. Money came out in USD after claiming to be Aussie made and owned. Followed up with them saying they don’t have an order under my email and I might have bought from someone else because they don’t charge in USD. They also have 4 websites all with the same content just in different text from 4 different web addresses. One of these scam sites is bad enough, imagine how many people they’re stinging with 4 websites!!!! Report to the ACCC so this doesn’t happen to more Aussie families!!
Purchased product using buy 3 and pay…
Purchased product using buy 3 and pay for 2 nourish sunscreen (summer sizzle deal) and they charged me for 3 and have not replied to my requests to overcome the issue.
SCAM!!
SCAM!!
Took more than $90 off me and never shipped my products and won’t reply to emails. Will be taking this further if no response today!
This company is a scam!!
This company is a scam!!! DO NOT BUY!!! They charge in US dollars however they are a Chinese company. They ship from the address of 100 Market St, Sydney which is owned by a CHINESE company. They state that the products are tested by a third party however do not disclose who that is. The sunscreen on Amazon even states it’s not even water resistant!!!! I’ll be taking this further than they expect…
***update***
After telling them I wanted a refund, notified my bank of this company being a scam and then demanding they answer my questions of;
1) why do you charge in US dollars when you are a Chinese company who ship from Sydney that’s owned by a Chinese company
2) you claim the product is third party tested. By who and what are they testing?
3) where do you source your beef tallow from?
4) you claim the product is non comedogenic. Has it been tested by dermatologists?
5) on Amazon you’re stating this product is not water resistant so how can it be used as sunscreen?
They did not answer any of my questions stating it was because I’d already done a review. My guess is… they don’t want to answer!! However, I did receive a refund!
Please beware and know I’ll be reporting this company to investigate the products being sold as well as the payment methods being used.
Avoid at all costs
Less than one if I could, I placed an order on the 6th of August before reading the reviews. I immediately contacted them within 30 minutes of doing so having read them, asking them to cancel the order. They ignored my request and dispatched it regardless, they offered me a 50% reduction which I refused and eventually they sent me an address to return it at my own cost.

Less than ZERO
Less than ZERO! Its a total scam, sent me the wrong product, promised to send a new one. After 2 months of never receiving it I emailed and they had no clue what was going on. They gave me the option of a partial refund and that was it. I keep trying to contact them but now Noone will respond. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!
Really bad
Really bad - feels like a scam.
I ordered the sunscreen and what I received was in a completely different bottle, felt cheap and also made my face weirdly white - like wearing a mask. I emailed them for return and refund and never heard of them.
Took over 3 weeks to receive
Took over 3 weeks to receive , so I asked for a refund. I was given the option to keep
It for 50% refund , or SHIP BACK AT MY EXPENSE TO CHINA…. Throwing it out if they don’t send a return label , and contacting my bank .
I was so worried this would be a greasy…
I was so worried this would be a greasy mess because of the tallow. It's the least greasy sunscreen we own. Dries down to a soft, natural finish.
Not Tallow
Packaged just arrived.
First dab out of the bottle, don't know what it is but can tell it's not tallow. Won't be using it for sun protection.
Just realizing the email is a gmail haha.
Typos on the packages, saying not to eat it on label while also saying it's so clean you can eat it haha. It is Sky & Sol knock off, we got got here!
