I loved this little business and what…
I loved this little business and what they have to offer.
For the first time in a long time I have been able to find a product that’s helped me to achieve what I wanted rather than what others wanted.
The cravings the over eating the overwhelming fingers pointing because of my eating habits.

Poor communication and no response
I placed an order with Kind Patches on 5 October 2025 for £20.40, paid via Apple Pay.
Unfortunately, the confirmation email went to an old address that I no longer use, so I contacted the company both via Instagram (7 Oct) and by email (12 Oct) to confirm my order details and check I wasn’t enrolled in a subscription or recurring payment plan.
It’s now been over a week and I’ve had no response on either platform. For a brand that promotes kindness and wellbeing, the lack of basic customer service is disappointing.
I’d advise others to double-check their order information before paying, as communication after purchase seems to be non-existent

My experience …
I like it if my order is later than expected ( as happened my first order) I can email and quickly receive a reply- good service.
I use the dream patches - have tested them- and find I have a much more peaceful night sleep using them.
The energy patches helped with the 2-4pm exhaustion - I still nap most afternoons ( I’m almost 70) but can manage the late afternoon business more easily if I’m using them .

I am now on my second pack of the Berberine weight loss patches. I was really impressed with my first pack - I definitely noticed a difference in my habits, appetite was curbed, and it helped me lose half a stone in the run up to a holiday. I finished the pack and ordered a second. The quality in these is awful and they won’t stay stuck. Each day this week I’ve come home to find they’ve fallen off during the day, so they’re obviously not going to work at all. No change in my habits, so it’s got to be a manufacturing or quality issue. These Patches REALLY WORK
This is Lisa Mayhill and I received my patches about a week ago. I got the Berberine patches, Unpuff patches and the Dream patches! I started using them right away and within this past week the Dream patches have made a HUGE impact on my sleeping. I LOVE them. I get great quality sleep. The Berberine patches and Unpuff patches are good but I haven't seen a huge improvement yet. I feel slightly lighter and my nighttime snaking have been curved somewhat. NAD+, GLP1 & Unpuff + Sensitive Skin
I have been using the NAD+, Unpuff and GLP1 patches for over a month now.
I definitely notice if I keep the GLP1 patch on during the day my food cravings are halved! Yay!! I will definitely keep using this (GLP1) Berberine patch.
I already have a good diet and take pro- and pre-biotics, so I can say I have seen absolutely no change in my tummy or any form of bloating, so I won't continue with the unpuff patch.
My jury is out on the NAD+ patch. It sounds good in theory, but I can't say for sure it's doing anything. I will continue with this patch to see if there is any longer term improvement.
I have very sensitive skin and have noticed a number of things. The NAD+ patch can burn/blister my skin if I put it on very soft skin. Anywhere on my torso, inner thigh, wrist and inner arm created awful reactions. The reactions were worse if I exercised or it was a warm day. I have found if I put this on my outer thigh or my outer, upper arm over night it's much better. I still have to make sure I don't wear them for more than 8 hours or it can cause irritation.
The GLP1 and Unpuff patches weren't as bad, but I only put them on those two spots too.

I can honestly say
I can honestly say, these patches have helped me stay on track. I very rarely actually feel hungry and the need to get snacks (gone).
So far 14lbs lost.
